Been going here 20 years, the new ownership is terrible. They were 10 minutes late on my pick up order..I wasn’t even mad at first but they tried to lie to me and say that the order just came in when my app is literally telling me to go pick it up because it’s ready.Then another guy gave me attitude and tried to tell me it was busy when it was quiet. He didn’t know I already had a disagreement with the first 1The food I had almost no cheese on it and the marinara sauce it usually comes with did not come with it. Apparently they changed that within the month (price gouging)

Got their XL 1 topping walk in special and also decided to get their half moon cheese bread. I usually go all out with wings too but seeing the deal for an XL I decided to give it a go. Great pizza as always.
Went in to this Pizza Pizza to try and use the Raptors free slice promo. There were no cheese/pepperoni slices out on display (btw all the slices on display did not look fresh and were unappetizing). I asked the cashier who scanned the code and said I would have to wait 15 minutes then the manager came out annoyed and yelled that it would take 45 minutes. It doesn't take 45 minutes to make a pizza, he clearly did not want to honour the promo. I will be avoiding this Pizza Pizza in the future.
Homies didn't tell me my pizza was ready... I called in 30mins after to find out my order was done in 15mins... I would give this place a 5 star if they actually let me eat my pizza hot.
Scanned promo code at store - cash register/scanner and employee both accepted the code and applied the offer. The manager overrides the transaction and refused the order. (Raptors free slice promo claimed for Dec 19 2021)
