This location has some of the best costumer services I have ever experienced. Mary is always so kind and helpful with our orders, she always makes my day brighter.

I made an online order for pickup. When I walked in, the lady was in a conversation with a coworker. She stopped her conversation to say hello to me and then turned right around to continue her conversation with the coworker. I felt that she invited me to talk but then dismissed me.When she was finished her lengthy conversation with the coworker, she then began to serve me. I told her I had a pizza for pickup and I was given the pizza. However it was the wrong pizza. I let them know the mistake and they realised they made the wrong order.They offered for me to keep the wrong pizza and offered to make a second pizza for me. I didn't have time to wait so I kindly turned down the offer for the new pizza. They took the pizza they offered from me and only gave me the refund. I was very disappointed with the service.On a side note, the same location burnt a previous pizza I ordered. I feel this location needs improvement.
One of the better locations that are consistent in their food selections which is the reason I choose to come to this location. They put the same amount of toppings for each slice the way it should be.
Staff is incredibly nice, and patient. Food is always fresh, and tastes amazing :)
If enibody had hard day, just get in that place and feel happiness and respectful, costumers in that place, is nice and helpful, you can get Mor then, priced. <3 respects and best wishes for the future!
See attached photo of rotten, sour broccoli.I have tons of complaints about how headquarters handled this; they refused to give me any refund, offered me $2 credit for my two pizzas, and talked to me like a child, but I won't take that out on this restaurant. Just know that if you ever order from Pizza Pizza, their customer service is non-existent. (In the past when my pizza came late they claimed I lied. This was the final straw.)
after being tripple charged using their app and cancelling the order they only refunded one order and tried scamming me for 50 bucks but the fraud dept at my bank handled it . terrible food , worse customer service . overall call another location to avoid and issues as these people are horrible
I love Pizza Pizza. The pizza is very delicious and the desserts are amazing. The people working are very kind and ordering was easy. Your order is very customizable and they make the food right on time. I recomomed Pizza Pizza and it is easily one of my favorite restorunts.
mixed feelings ...first time I ordered it was lacking cheese and toppings ...second time was much better ..perhaps they listened to the negative reviews
