We ordered a Grilled Chicken Arrabbiata pizza, it does not look like the pizza online with whole tomatoes, they put chopped up tomatoes that don’t seem to be marinated with pesto. Pizza tastes like a veggie lover with grilled chicken on it, nothing like the arrabbiata we’ve order at other locations. Spoke to the manager and he said “Our location only carries chopped tomatoes, you may be looking at the Canada wide website”. Isn’t the idea of a franchise that it tastes the same everywhere?
First time having it pizza hut in decades. Will for sure come back. This location had great and friendly staff!! Great service
There was a problem with my order submission and they didn't want to make it right... not until I threatened to walk away from my order did they give in to to honor my additional 5$ Pizza... which some how was scrubbed from the order.
Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT ORDER from this store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They took over 2 hrs to deliver the pizza!!!! After an hour of waiting they told me it had left the store 7 min ago.... then 20 min later they said it would be there in 5 min snd that the previous person had lied about when it left. Then another 20 min later I got a call from the delivery guy saying he would be there in 5 min. He claimed he came before and left bcuz he couldn’t find the house and then proceeded to tell me he had the wrong phone number (which was the same number he called to explain all this to me on) then another 15 min later he finally showed up with SOGGY, COLD, UNDER COOKED PIZZA!!!!! And the wrong dipping sauces!!! Now it is to late to call bcuz the store is now closed!!!!! They took so long that the ppl we ordered the pizza for had to leave!! What a waste of money!!! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!!
Bad experience. I ordered chicken lover pizza and there was barely 4 pieces of chicken on it. Also, my " super supreme" pizza was mostly dough.They charged $31and it was barely $3 worth of toppings.
Pizza delivery orders at this location are starting to consistently be over 15 minutes late. That’s an hour after placing the order and 15 minutes past the ETA provided. The pizza is good though, so recommend for walk-in but not delivery.
I paid $7.99 for this salad. I called and asked about the order to see if they made a mistake because I ordered it in regular size. They said it’s the right size, it comes in 3 oz. On another note, delivery was 15 mins later than the estimated delivery time.
I think this Pizza Hut is one of the better pizza spots around the Richmond Hill area. Overall the staff here is nice and mindful of abiding to PPE given the pandemic. Area inside is relatively small, but overall they do a good job in trying to keep things in check and ready to go.The website did mention that if you order online there is a designated waiting spot to pick up, but that didnt happen, so I give that an issue to the website. Otherwise, website itself is easy to navigate. Make sure to look for coupons/ discounts as they do have a lot of deals ongoing.We ordered the pan pizza, which is what I usually get at Pizza Hut. There is some inconsistency, which is why there's a deducted star. Otherwise, more so often the pan pizza is a bit more greasy, but the crust is very fluffy and the base itself is nice and soft, made fresh and tastes very springy even after sitting for a bit. Toppings are good, nothing too out of the ordinary but give a good amount. Nice cheese as well, which is a must for pizza.Wings are nice and standard. Again nothing too special but it does hit the spot when you're craving pizza and wings. A good spot to order take out and relive the pizza hut dine in experience at home.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!They messed up our order. Put completely different toppings than the ones we ordered. I tried calling and was just transferred from customer service rep to rep for OVER 40 MINS!! After an hour we gave up and ordered pizza nova. Absolutely ridiculous. Pizza Hut used to be great no issues. Perhaps it’s this particular location? Nonetheless if you wish to get pizza hut this is not the location to go to.
This Pizza Hut is the worst pizza place I’ve ever ordered from .my daughter order a pizza and we waited for so long and they said it delivered but it never did and they had the worst customer service I have ever seen .we were accused of lying and they said that would only refund 20 dollars on next order. but we paid 60 for the pizza and we were supposed to get the pizza for free because we waited over an hour and half and didn’t get a pizza or refundMy kids are So frustrated and hungry.Worst customer service ever .
