Listen to 1 star reviews this place is the worst shawarma restaurant I went on my life, they charge more extra for the same order, and they dont even give you some of your items, they charged me extra for salad which was included in the price but didn’t even put the salad into my order, also the store has very bad smell with zero hygiene. I don’t recommend this store.
This location deserves 0 stars. I ordered chicken with fries and parsley on top and a cesar salad. First there was so much parsley I couldn't even see the chicken or fries underneath. I asked for garlic sauce and got barely any. The salad was the worse it was dry no dressing. The overall presentation was awful and it didn't taste good. The parsley over power the whole food was unable to eat it. Worse location ever I wouldn't recommend this place the food not even worthy for a dog. This people's food that they pay their money for. We are not homeless on the streets looking for a handout absolutely not acceptable.
We ordered 7 shawarmas and there were all equally terrible. Stale falafels, over cooked and oily chicken and beef loaded with tons of hot sauce to mask the smell and taste, not to mention the extreme garlicky hummus side dish accompanied with rock solid pita bread.
What a waste of money, ugh the food is NOT good at all, Falafel was dry and waaaaay over cooked. The salad we bought, there was no dressing like come on, it was a Greek salad, all we got was bunch of lettuce, and a couple of black olives wow.
I have been here about 8-9 times and it never fails the don't listen to your order they do what they want and the food is actually not very fresh I will not come back anymore.There are better places with way better quality.
The employee at this location that served me has zero standards. It's things like this that has me hesitant on ordering through delivery services. I ordered a chicken on the rocks/stix today and I was completely disappointed. So much so i asked for a refund before she could finish making my plate. First off she gave me old fries, and told me they were fresh when there was only 1 person ahead of me when i ordered. After I had to request that they made my fries fresh it only takes 5 mins, she continued to try and give me the bottom scrappings of the rice before requesting more from the back. This is when I asked for my money back. Would you believe I had to explain to her that she tried to give me old fries then tried to give me the bottom of the pot rice that's been discolored due to the air in the empty tray its been sitting in for who knows how long. STANDARDS are very important to me and they didn't seem to understand this. Ended up getting a sub next door.
Ordered the Osmow's Special Platter tasted good but portions were half of what I'd get at other locations.
I got the everyday special which I usually get at every Osmow's which is chicken and rice with salad. This specific Osmows food just hit different, it was much much better than any other locations i tried. They put some special croutons on my salad that were just bursting with amazing flavor
