I went there and I ask for Chicken Shawarma SajThe guy that work at the cashier I ask him to double toasted he say yes sure literally he put on the grillLess then 30 Seconds I was surprised that was fast I went home I open the sandwich the bread was so cold it wasn’t toasted at all & so chewy& soggy it’s loose as will they didn’t even roll it properly wasn’t a rap shape it it was rectangle that was my first time experience with themI didn’t left bad review I said let me give them a another chance…So I went there today again and there was the same employees I told them I wanted my rap last time toasted but you guys didn’t toast it was super chewy and cold. so can you double toast this one properly please his respondWas We can’t toast it more than usual the bread is really thin and it will become apart employees they don’t know nothing about a Middle East shawarma and how it should be served and prepared they are not middle eastern employees not their job so that’s why it’s messed upNever go back there again horrible stuff& rude customer service they will ruin your day
The shawarma wrap I received was significantly lighter than what I'd usually get from 2 other Osmow's locations. As in, for the same price, I received significantly less food.Additionally, since the wrap was only toasted for about 5 seconds, I asked the lady to toast it a bit longer. She was quite rude and her attitude left a bad taste in my mouth.Stingy portions + rude service means I won't be visiting this location again until some changes are made.
So happy that this location opened here. No longer need to go to bayview for a delicious meal.I always get chicken, beef, or a mix of both on the rocks. Hits the spot, especially after a workout.This location is very spacious and clean. Better than any other location I’ve been too.The food is exceptional here. 13/10 would recommend to you, your sister, and your sisters dog.
I normally don’t give 1 star for the rating. The taste of food here is good and we order from this location every week because it is close to where we live. Today my wife ordered here as usual; however, the girl gave her way less the food portion than we normally get. My wife requested the girl to add more, but she rejected it and said it was like that. I opened the box when my wife got back to the car and I realized that not only the meat, even the rice was about 1/3 less than we usually get. So I turned back to the store and ask the girl to add more because it was not supposed to be like that, again she refused us. Then I don’t want to argue with her, just asked for full refund and gave the food back to her. I can understand that your employee don’t care about dumping the food into garbage rather than selling it to the customer because it is not her business, and the cost is not come out of her pocket. I may won’t come back to this location again if your employee treats customer like this.
Not tasty!I ordered medium spicy but it wasreally hot !I was there at 8:00 pm they had just chicken no meat!the guy working there was angry and answered the phone between making the food with same gloves!This was my third time in this location not happy each time!!!
Everytime tastes different. When you order extra hot they put no hot sauce. Happened couple of times. Very disappointing. I would appreciate if they get the people trained properly.
Seems like this place really really likes to cut corners I find that the rice is cold and the shawarma is very day old my favorite osmos is in Brampton and it's always fresh always tasty

The worst Osmow’s ever!I ordered 2 beyond meat dish for takeout then drove home some 50km to find out that it was chicken. These guys don’t pay attention to the dietary needs of their customers. I also could not get through on their registered business phone number - called during business hours. What kind of bottom of the barrel owners and workers work at this place?I will be making a formal complaint to the head office as I can’t get through at all to this place via phone (and VM is not even set up)
