I already ate at the others location in Toronto downtown and North York it was an amazing experience and better food than this location especially with meat and chicken quantity. Please ? solve this issue as we love eat in your brand. For the meat cut it was different too I don't like it I prefer the downtown location or the north York one.
For lunch or for dinner they have fresh flavourful food! Tonight for dinner I tried something different. I usually go for the chicken shwarma wrap, which I LOVE! But... a man on my last visit said I have to try the Ishkender. It did NOT disappoint. It was spicy and creamy and delicious! The workers are always friendly and incredibly generous in their portion sizes. I love their food and tonight like every other time was amazing!

Order chicken on the rocks over the phone- lady was rude, and didn’t make even put garlic sauce on the order. Complete waste of time and tasted terrible, couldn’t even eat it. Staff in store was rude, brash and unprofessional. Horrible customer service at this location
Good value, friendly staff, food tasted good. Fries were a little cold when I got them. Chicken Doner sandwich was delicious. Not the most comfortable place to dine in but the staff made us feel welcome.
Grabbed a shawarma wrap and it was amazing, way too big to finish the whole thing but it tasted so good, if I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely be back. Also the wraps are handmade, amazing!
This was my first time getting food from this location, and it’ll be my last. We went in tonight (Thursday) to pick up dinner. When we walked in, there were 3 people in front of us in line. There were only 3 ladies working behind the counter - one was making bread, one was doing miscellaneous tasks, leaving just one girl to take orders, cash out, and prepare the orders. She seemed like she was new at the job too, because it took her so long to do every task very slowly. Needless to say, it took over 20 minutes before even getting to the front to give our order. By the time we got up to the front, they informed us that they were out of chicken shawarma. They had just taken a new batch out of the freezer (something they could have done when they noticed that the previous batch was running low) and didn’t seem to know how to load it onto the rotisserie. So we had to get beef. The whole experience took close to 40 mins. What made it worse was that they had set the beef aside in a bowl and hadn’t put it on the grill or heat before serving it to us, so the beef on our salads were cold to the touch and extremely dry. We barely touched our food and threw the rest out. Very slow and unprofessional service, topped with cold leftover meat.
I went here twice now both times for the chicken platter. The first time was amazing the lady who took the order was friendly and I have a very full platter of food. However today I went and brought my brother to try- we both got the chicken platter. However the girl serving us was being ridiculous cheap and hardly filling the platters, we both as to ask multiple times to please put more rice and more vegetables. She was only filling it 1/4 full. We are paying $17 a plate they should be fully loading the plate. I don’t understand why the first time was great portions and this time we were basically ripped off and kept having to ask for more. I like this place but after this I do not know if I will be returning.
The food taste the same here and other locations. They make the shawarma fresh and slice meat off the spit as needed which makes the food taste that much better.The portions here are however the smallest out of all the locations we have been to which is a let down. They also mixed up our order completely combining different items with different meats. Drive down the street, you will get much more food.
Amazing place. Clean and sanitized. Provides best service. The staff was amazingly polite and generous. They make conversation with you and provide a comfortable experience. Highly recommend this place. Hands down the best shawarma there is.
