Very long line up for lunch. Once you do get a table, you will have to wait at least 30 min before your first dish comes out, and this repeats for the number of dishes you order.45 minutes passed from our first dish being served, waiters have completely forgot about our two other dishes. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. The fried lou bat go - the only dish served to us in an hour after seating - was bland. Just as we were about to leave without eating our the rest of our dish, the second dish was served to which we refused to pay for this dish.I suggest you go to Congee Queen for better food, as well as better customer service and food wait time.

This is a picture of my empty bowl, waiting 40 minutes just to order. I fasted for this moment to come here and experience the seafood, if I survive this experience and don't die of hunger I will repost just let you guys know I'm alive and well.... To whoever reads this please take this S.O.S. and send a search party if I die of starvation

I used to online order for pickup during closure, and felt the quality and service were satisfied; recently more and more taking inside; I felt the pickup was worse and worse. The last time (Feb 26), I ordered 2 hours ahead, after paying onside, I had to wait for 30+ min; what the more worse, after getting home, found out the Peking Roast Duck was 50% burned and mostly fat with less meat, like combined worse pieces from several dusk.won't go again!!!

I ordered an takeout and the presentation of the food wasnt good at all, just look like some leftover. I found some ropes in my vermicelli. And the extremely POOR customer service when i told them on the page. WONT GO BACK ANYMORE!

Despite the long wait on New Year’s, the food was delicious. Kudos to the ladies who organized everything. I know the pressure was a lot on you.

Mr. Congee meets the standards of Chinese cuisine in Richmond Hill, a heavily populated Asian community. My family and I came here on a Wednesday night and restaurant was at 50% capacity.Food was great except I found the fried squid to be a little on the saltier side. The hostess also seated us close to the exit so when someone left the restaurant, my family and I could feel the cold air hitting our skin. Didn’t exactly have the best dining experience but overall, service was quick and friendly.

Reasonably priced Chinese cuisine. The grilled squid is really good and big. Yummilicious !

If I can give this a negative scoring, I would absolutely do so. Yesterday I ordered a lobster dish as take out to bring to a pot luck belated Christmas party. Everything was in a plastic bag so when we got to the party and opened it up, it looked like someone had eaten all the meat from the dish and given us the shell remains of a lobster dish. Absolutely terrible and the worse experience I’ve ever had dining. Please see attached photo. Do not order here. Shame on you guys for being such an unethical business. $50 dish for absolute rubbish.

Absolute chaos. The people working at the takeout booth have absolutely zero customer service skills. They get mad at the customer for their own lack of organizational skills and preparation. Called in 4ish hours earlier prior to pickup and we still had to wait 45+ minutes to pick up after the scheduled time.Honestly, their food is mediocre at best and however cheap the prices are, it’s not worth getting yelled at.Oh and the wait staff actually SHOVE you aside when you’re in their way, which is unavoidable since everybody is crowding around the takeout booth.Needless to say, there is absolutely zero social distancing measures. There’s this waitress that did everything from handling cash, touching a customers phone, adjusting her mask (gross) and handling food/takeout.
