Lobby was moderately busy but everyone kept their respectful distance and there was plenty of seating available. Ladies bathroom is very well maintained and staff are very friendly. Food was well cooked and serving time was excellent.
I know McDonald's isn't known to be consistent, but this one is consistently miserable. Poor portioning, massive wait times, and an overall nonchalant approach to what used to be a 'fast' food joint. Anyone inside 1 McDonald's Place might want to investigate what's happening at this location to help fix it.
Best McDonalds quality I've had in ages! Though, it took 4 different people at the mic to finally take my order, THEN a 20 minute wait (someone ordered 4 orders from one car) BUT...... it's McDonald's you can't be too picky, and it's on the way so, see you soon!
The team working there seems to always only prioritize drive thru customers. When you walk in you can stand there for 10 minutes waiting to order or pick up and the employees and manager walk by you several times like you don’t exist. Not even common courtesy of “Hi I will be right with you”.This is not the first time. I wish If someone higher up could do some secret visit at McDonald’s in Richmond hill Aurora and Newmarket. They all lack customer service when you come inside.I remember McDonald’s always providing outstanding service and many companies I worked for would always hire someone with a McDonald background because of there customer service and sense or urgency. But I can say how disappointed I have been over the last year or so at the McDonald’s in these 3 towns.I go to Toronto and the service and urgency is way way better.

Ordering from here is pretty bad. The staff seem unorganized and not trained properly, any time I order uber from this location as well items are always missing from my order.Took me 15 minutes of standing in line,(I was first in out of 3) having people come after me get there food first, only for my order to be someone else's order, wasted my break in the end.
Up-charged for waffle fries but down-fried to 3/4 normal fries?Also 1 napkin and no ketchup:(
Passed through for the first time yesterday through this McD and I present coupons for free medium fries, they say they cannot provide since they do not on the coupons as dictated by a Filipino lady who works the evening shift and you wonder why this branch has only 3.3/5 rating.
This is a cozy modern place. Very clean. Staff are nice. They serve fast... Parking are lots. Easy to locate. Lots of tables. There are self serve machine too. We had a good time with group of friend and family. Even other customers are kinda nice too. We enjoyed our visit here.
Staff was nice but mcmuffin bun was pretty much all burnt
