Waited over 30 mins in the drive thru line to place my order. When i pulled up to the window, the girl at the window has no idea what my order was. She offered to take my order at that time. Overall, terrible experience

The Manager Lina is very unprofessional, I ordered my coffee after 5 min waiting they gave me 1 cold coffer.when I asked for another one she went somewhere that I couldn't see her and she brought me a coffee with different taste of my original order.I think she as manager should be more professional than what she is .Sorry for McDonald to hiring these kind of staff.

The price of cheese has gone up! Otherwise keep your spirits up. McDonald's is famous across the world but we have poutine here in Canada! ??This location has a nice old-fashioned phone booth. It is not the largest but not the smallest so please clean up after yourself sometimes it's a little busy. McDonald's always works to be efficient so thanks to the staff and try to be responsible with your garbage and each other!?????

Ooof. This was a ROUGH experience. We skipped the intended drive through because it was so backed up. When we got inside we could see why...the team didn't seem to have any systems to sustain efficient (let alone friendly) service ? Our order missed one of our sandwiches, there was no ice in the drink station, no ketchup available, the fries were under cooked, and the McDouble we ordered had 1 patty and randomly lettuce and Big Mac sauce ?. I'd like to hope this was a random off day, but no one apologized, offered an explanation for why so much was going wrong, nor did the team look surprised/frantic that things were breaking down. They looked so bedraggled - as though this is what it means to have this job ? I feel badly for them, but I'd also caution against eating here. Maybe less swift business would give them the space they need to set up some systems ?

My favorite McDonald's to dine in at. If you are just driving through. I don't think it makes a big difference For dine in. Definitely a very clean McDonald's location.

I'm tired of driving back to get missing items from my order. Like really really tired. "Oh why don't you just check it while you're there?" Most of the times I do, but when I have a bunch of other errands I have to do, I am relying on the establishment that I am paying to actually get it right. This McDonalds location does not.

I ordered a jr.chicken late night on may 13.That was the package i received totally wrecked and the sandwich bread was hard as a stone. And there was only one car ahead of me but still it took them more than 10mintes to get to me.

Good afternoon, a few minutes ago I went by buying a coffee because it wasn't one of those good days and unfortunately I made a mistake when I said yes to a coffee that wasn't mine and I apologized to the drivethru girl, however she gave me my coffee and he twisted her eyes at me I understand that it was my fault for that I apologized but it is not the best attitude and the best customer service should improve and although in a hypocritical way they have to smile and give the best service they can I think McDonalds Staff should be trained in customer service

It's about 30 minutes since I'm in the line. You guys really need to hire more staff...

Always check your bag to ensure you have everything. It’s understandable to miss an item when I order for a family of 4 but it’s inexcusable to make the mistake on my last 4 orders. They had forgotten a sandwich on my last 3 visits but no problem charging me for them.Supersizing fries is useless as they don’t fill them like other locations do. ( see photo) there were no fries in the bag and none were eaten. That was my supersize fries ?I now go to the one by Leslie even though it’s not as convenient a location the service is far better.
