1 star rating too high for this place.This McDonald's has got to be the most descusting dirty restaurant I have ever been in. There was garbage not only in their parking lot but also the surrounding buildings. Walked in and this continued into the restaurant.I had gone to the washroom prior to ordering and OMG that just made me turn around and leave and walked out before ordering. Didn't even get to the counter.If the condition of all this is this bad I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like and the cleanliness of the prep areas and the equipment.Hopefully corp mcd comes in and does something with the management as they certainly are in the wrong business.Going to think twice before going to any McDonald's especially with my family.

Bad experiences, this is not the first time and they keep consistently made mistakes (missing food items, missing my whole order, wrong food). Today the restaurant was not busy at all, but I still waited for more than 15 mins at curbside pick up spot, I ran inside an the food just laid on the countertop and nobody cares about it, remember this is not the first time.The reason why I keep go back there because only 2 mins drive distance from home.I think they should seriously think about how to train their staffs.

Bad Experience!!Placed an order for curbside, ordered two waffle fries, 3 smoothies and a large coffee. Waited over 12 minutes until someone finally brought the food out -- with the coffee missing. Waited another 5 minutes to get the large coffee. Kids can't wait and started the waffle fries in the car, it is cold inside-out. Feels like it's been sitting in the restaurant for a while, hard and no taste.

We forgot to order drinks after we paid and the manager allowed us to purchase drinks. That was very much appreciated. Although the order was partially incorrect after received, the manager was very accommodating and corrected it without question. Outstanding customer service!!! ? This happened February 26 around 7:15 pm. He deserves recognition for how he managed the situation.

Many thanks to Steven for his professional service and friendly help today! I placed an order on my cell and went to pick up, only to realize that there's something wrong with the app, and order didn't go through at all. Steven helped me debug this issue patiently. He helped me check my settings so that I can avoid this issue in the future.

The drive through lady was so rude! She was yelling at me for pulling closer in a very rude way. I don’t feel respected or being treated like an equal human. McDonald’s working on your services please! I would fire her immediately if my employee treats client like this. Never come back again!

Late Feb 2022. Since medium coffee is already a $1.0 on offer, a blueberry muffin could only be got at $1.41. Sorry, the coffee, blueberry muffin Pairing at $2.39 does not prevail as told be staff. No way to have XLG nor Senior coffee! Strange McD policy or just for this Store or staff !?? ?A hot medium double double is still favorable. ✌️

This is a very terrible McDonald. Poor quality staff and poor attitude cashier. I know it may not be fair to generalize the comment, but this McDonald has been keeping a very bad attitude and poor ethnic Caucasian woman (probably in her 60, who doesn't care whether she has a job or not), who never smile, never courteous, never friendly, to work there for years. Whenever we visited this McDonald and this woman was on duty to serve us, it was a guarantee of our day being destroyed. I am getting to a point of very furious that I must voice out for all people suffered from this kind of staff in this Yonge/Bernard location McDonald. If someone with this attitude works for my business, it is a certain that this woman would be fired long time ago. We visited many McDonald in GTA year round and this cashier is the worst attitude staff of all time. This is not an acceptable attitude that can be tolerated in today's standard.I wish I could put her name in my reviews, but the McDonald manager at that location is also very poor in doing performance reviews so as to allow such low quality staff to remain there. One bad egg is enough to destroy the store's reputation. For sure, we are advising others to stay away from that McDonald location. Go to an alternative location instead.

It's incredible how inefficient a team of about 15 employees is at preparing orders. I'm genuinely curious if the overhead cost for staff is greater than the revenue from sales per hour. It's McDonald's, so employees are obviously way underpaid for their work but they seemed to be quite motivated. Inefficiency is the issue here.

I know they are busy at lunch (11am), but stood in line 10 min waiting to place order, ignored by everyone, everyone avoiding eye contact. Flagged staff down and was told someone would take my order right away. After waiting 20 min I left. Doubt they even noticed. Worst McDonald's ever. Take your lunch money anywhere else.
