Food is hot and fresh, staff are really nice. And the location is super clean!I made a mistake on my mobile order and they were really helpful with correcting my order. Definitely make you compare the service compared to popeyes across the street.Would recommend this location!
I ordered 2 big Mary's, chicken tenders, and a big Mary combo from this location on Uber eats and was sent only a single big Mary combo with nothing else. I love Mary browns chicken but this was a very disappointing experience and I will not be ordering from or going to this location again. You should double check orders before just sending them off with delivery drivers. I've been refunded by Uber but I still had to pay like 15$ in service charges for a single sandwich.
Nothing wrong with the food. I ordered Nashville hot chicken and side poutine with a pop. The price is where you lost me I know it's tough times but 18 bucks for a combo is not cool

Been here today on family day picking up a delivery order. Very disappointed to see one brave, focused, hard working girl at the cash multitasking between handling all delivery platforms order, walkin orders (Seen at least 7 customers served by her waiting for food) while a whole army of team members behind in the kitchen just just totally ignoring the business need to jump in and work on cash. I gotta say bravo job well done to the girl on the cash.
Great service with delicious large pieces of chicken. Get the fried pickle or whatever at least once if you like pickles. Really good though relatively pricey for so little.

Normally a decent location but this is the second time the staff/management have refused to honor mobile app orders through the MB app.I understand that they are not responsible for the design and execution of the app but if the order goes through and it is received and processed at the location (receipt of order was printed by cashier and provided as proof), then afterwards simply refusing the order and claiming the app is "hacked" for the day is unacceptable.
Richmond Hill location celebrated their one year anniversary. Ordered the 2 piece combo and was very hot and delicious, taters were seasoned and a nice change. Staff was very friendly. What more can you ask for!
Great food and great staff! They are celebrating their 1 year anniversary and having a special promotion. This caused a delay which is understandable. Staff kept me informed and apologized for the delay. I visit regularly and will continue to do so!
