I like to go to Longo's for its "freshness". The bakery, the veggies and fruits are what I can count on to be good in quality. They have a kitchen that sometimes they pack hot meals and sell at discounted price. Also the location inside and out is clean and everything is taken care of: the shopping charts are always returned and sanitized, the checkout counter doesn't line up too long, .. etc.
Wonderful location with lots of parking. Store is well stocked and organized. Staff are very helpful and friendly, great work! The pizza hot table and fresh deli sandwiches are well worth the visit. Amazing location to do your shopping!

I shop here because it's the closest grocery store to me and I don't have a vehicle but honestly would not if I have more options. I find it annoying that many of the things marked "low price" or "special" when there are often better deals if you just take a moment to look at the different options just seems like a sneaky cash grab. Then there are also multiple items that simply do not have the prices labeled at all. For a pro I will say that the produce in general is good quality. Overall I would say that other grocery stores are a better deal
Pricier compared to other grocery stores but great shopping experience. The staff at this store are kind and welcoming.
I used to do all my shopping here, but have scaled back drastically due to several factors that are ongoing:1) Advertised specials are rarely in stock2) New products in "Experience" magazine are rarely in this store, nor due employees know of said product.3) Lack of new and inspiring items. SAME HOT FOOD ITEMS, day in, day out.4) Prices can be ridiculous. When you charge more than Village Grocer or Whole Foods for asparagus, that is an issue.5) Expired products on shelves. I saw milk there yesterday that had September 29, 2021 as the "best before" date. I have also bought salads here with chicken (from salad bar) and the chicken had gone bad.6) Bakery is just awful. I have bought different types of cakes here and they all taste the same. Vanilla or chocolate, the icing is indiscernible from one another!They once had a chocolate fudge cake here that was terrific, but they no longer make it.I used to love this store, but there seems to be no effort on the part of management and head office to keep up with the times.

Longo's Richmond Hill and Aurora have incredible Bakery staff! We were a bit late in ordering for our daughter's high school graduation cake but Maj in RH and another individual in Aurora came through in spades by creating a beautiful 1/2 slab tuxedo cake for our small celebration. We've bought all types of cakes including Dufflet & La Rocca as well as making many of our own, but we have to say that this cake was one of the best we've ever had. Not too sweet and high quality ingredients. Thank you to your caring staff who came through for us and helped to make our daughter's day so special.
