Ordered pick up a few days back and had selected pay by cash method. When I arrived and was ready to pay I was informed that particular Little Caesar does not accept cash as payment method and I did not carry any of my cards along. In this case, the employees had to pay my bill using their personal card and I paid them cash.Please remove “pay with cash” method or start accepting cash already. As well the stuffed crust pizza that I ordered was barely satisfactory.
It's never Hot and Ready, and 10 minutes turns into 20 minutes. Ask for a refund, and they can't do it. That's the 4th time. I choose fast food only when I need food fast. This isn't the place.
Very nice staff .clean and nice place and this is my favourite store.For today service just a quick note for the Cook .I didn’t ordered onion but I got it .secondly the topping was loose on top of the pizza .Although it was so generous on topping quantity but the toppings were not attached to the pizza and cheese .the toppings were raw and cold so were fallen off easy.look like some body cancel the order last minutes and he added new toppings on it for my order ???
Was not impressed with the level of quality and carness given. Pizza looked and tasted like it was the last one of the night and the worker was already running late for the peep Show. The pizza violated my taste buds and fondled my eyes. And I'm not talking about good fondles.With that being said I do quite enjoy there mascots and gingles, so I will try it again and hope that my late night peepshow analigy we closer to the mark then I care to reminisce
1st time eating here .The pizza was hit and FRESHLY made and evencooked a few extra minutes to perfection. Was delicious.
I've been at this store several times for their Hot & Ready pizza, but never have there been pizza's ready; always requiring that I wait for my order. Is that false advertising or poor management? Not sure but at least the pizzas taste good.
I am not a huge fan of Little Caesars but their thin crust pizzas are quickly becoming my favourites. Because of the thin crust, the flavour is on point and the crust has a nice crisp to it, making it quite good.As opposed to their regular pizza, I find the thin crust isn't as greasy and hopefully a little healthier... one can dream.I'll continue to return for their thin crust pizzas, but I wish they would add a supreme with more veggies and less meat.A note on their staff: the staff is generally friendly but I've been using the app to order and pick up from the kiosk, so I don't interact with the staff frequently.
I ordered online 3 pizzas one was supposed to be a supre.e one, but they instead gave me a hawaian. Also the promo was supposed to have a 2L Pepsi, and they just gave me 2 bottles of 500ml... very disappointed.
Food is really good and I even love the idea of the portal however it defeats the process if they do not send you the email once the food is completed and you have to walk up to the counter instead of actually getting the food from the portal. In the end they usually tell me to type in the number into the portal, open the empty slot and close it.... After the pick up you get spammed with 4 emails telling you your code, and then asking you to pick your food, another telling you the food is ready and finally that your order is completed.Just use the system properly, LOL
