Probably the best bubble tea spot in Richmond Hill. The service is great and the drinks are delicious. My personal favourite is the lychee tea.They also make waffles that look very delicious and interesting.
Kung Fu Tea on Bayview is my favourite bbt place in the region. The honey sweetener makes the bubble tea much more tastier. The staff and service is great. Last weekend they even had an exclusive in-store promotion involving BTS. Highly recommended!
Green milk tea with grass jelly had smooth grass jelly (though there's less grass jelly than at the Mulock outlet). It was a decent tea with good body. 100% sugar level was pleasantly sweet.
Fav BBT which makes their drinks with real honey. I also appreciate that their staff picks up their calls and accepts orders via phone. This saves a lot of time and convenient if I want to place a quick order.
One of if not the best bubble tea in my region. The drinks taste amazing and I love walking to Kung Fu Tea with my friends. The egg waffles are amazing too. The drink I recommend is the pearl milk tea with extra honey, it tastes really good.
The best bubble tea in all Toronto! The bubble tea tastes fresh, and natural instead of tasting artificial and processed. I go here weekly and everyone in my family seems to like something from there. The egg waffles are a great addition to your drink. I recommend getting the Mango Green Tea with tapioca. They also let you choose your sugar percentages for most drinks, if you feel that it may be too sweet. That way, the drinks are customizable. Their staff are great as well! If you add your phone number, you get points as you buy more bubble tea which you can then use for deals like free toppings.

I got a pudding milk tea and it was super delicious. Inside were jelly as well as warm brown sugar tapioca Pearl's. Altogether it was a really wonderful combo.I would very much like to come back again and try their other flavors
