I've been coming here since my high school days and the quality has never dropped. I always order the split combo bbq pork / roasted the skin is so crispy. Don't forget to order the tofu box it goes well with the combo.
I wanted Pork Roast and decided to try this place as it had high ratings. Food was cold and the person cutting the meat didn't wear any gloves. Taste and portion was it was average/okay. Also fyi, it's takeout only and they don't accept card payment so make sure you have cash.
Small family run Chinese bbq shop that's been around for a long time. This is the best tasting Chinese bbq I have ever tried. No frills, simple, fairly priced. Any of the options are great: BBQ pork, Duck, roasted pork, sausage. There's always a line so try and go during off hours.See you in line!
I love the BBQ here. Their roasted pork is amazing (crispy skin) and their See Yao Guy is great as is the Char Siu. Despite what people have said, I find the staff friendly and accommodating. Plus they indulge me and smile when I try out my very primitive Cantonese. Highly recommended.
Incredibly disappointed with the decline in quality of this place. I cannot come here anymore or recommend it to others. On multiple occasions the gentleman cutting the meat will pass off old dry rancid scrap pieces of meat, blobs of fat, and bones hidden at the bottom of your container. Completely inedible. Please do the right thing and THROW IT AWAY! Don't pass it off and sell it to an unknowing customer....it's not right!
This place is amazing! I live in London and whenever I am near I always stop in! The meat is so tender and flavourful and always perfectly cooked. The fat on the roast pork is always rendered out nicely and the skin is crispy perfection. The BBQ pork is amazing!
Now this is a proper Chinese BBQ meat shop. Lean but still juicy BBQ pork with great flavor that you expect. Roast pork and duck are also tasty. They take great care in trimming and cutting each pieces evenly and placing it orderly in the takeout box. Just look at the pictures from other reviewers. I've never had issues with their duck or service. I do wish they give more ginger and scallion sauce.
