What else you were expecting from KFC? Fine wine with lobster and oyster?It is a KFC! Go get your fried chicken with others things. That's it! Well I do admire their employees. They were serving so many people at the same time.Anyway it is a KFC, good for fast food. And please share sympathy with their employees. They tried so hard.
The most gross restaurant I’ve ever been. Really low efficiency and bad customer service. Awful experience. Not everyone is wearing gloves and masks, that lady even answered her phone with gloves on!!!I should report to the public health.
Honestly, the worst experience today. 6:58 put my order in. 7:23 I finally got it. Wasn't complicated. And totally incomplete.Worse, I had to finally speak up, because drive thru was rapidly being served, but store front wasnt.To top it off, I noticed one of the employees walk out to drop a food delivery to a car, come back in and not change his gloves. I had to speak up.It's a shame. I strongly urge against coming to this location.
The worst food we got yesterday , my daughter ordered a KFC FAMOUS family Chicken , when we got home, it was horrible tasting with the first bite. Always when we order KFC the taste is so yummy with the best of KFC's flavour. But yesterday it was the worse. we had shocked and embarrassed. It was supposed to be a special day with a special meal to celebrate as it was Easter day. The terrible experience with this branch at all. I highly recommend going to any other branch where you can order the meal without losing your money.
One would figure that since we still have COVID hanging around that they would work more on keeping things clean. But sadly that was not the case today. May not be able to see from the photos but stains were everywhere and the place wasn't even busy. Has to take my late lunch to go.
Last I checked this was a fast food chain. Super slow service even in the drive through. It was really slow one day and I thought it could just be “that kinda day” its fine, however, came back the following week to see no improvement. Not coming back again. MADE ME WAIT OUTSIDE FURTHER EVEN AFTER I WAITED IN LINE FOR 30 MINUTES.
I’ve ordered from here many times both in person and delivery. These people cannot go a single order without missing something. At least when I’m in person I can check and ask them to give me my item. But when I order online there’s always missing items and it’s honestly unbelievable. The only positive thing in this restaurant is that the food quality is normal like in other kfc
The chicken tasted weird. It didn't taste fresh at all. The side dish (potato salad) will expire the next day. I should have opened my order before I left. I hate throwing out food. But this, I had to.
The worst food we got tonight, my daughter ordered a KFC FAMOUS Chicken , when we got home, she had a toothache with the first bite. Because the chicken inside the sandwich was with the chicken bones and skeleton. Old potatoes and popcorn were firm. We threw all the food in the trash. Unfortunately they were closed, I wanted to return it and ask if they eat this garbage themselves? I realy sorry for KFC
I’ve got to say, this place has really improved. We called the store today to ask a question and the manager answered the call. He was pleasant, and wanted help. When we came in, I asked for him and he immediately remembered the call. He took care of the order as described. Everyone there was pleasant. Great service and I highly recommend. Thank you Nauman!!
