It was my first time trying this place and I loved it! It has a lot of unique dishes which other dim sum restaurant doesn’t have. I especially liked their baked bbq Bork bun pastry and thousand thread shrimp ball. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was how noisy the place was because of busy hour and the location of my table was, but it’s understandable. I’ll definitely visit it again!

First time to visit this place. I probably had the most delicious dim sum in my whole life. I was born and raised in Asia. This is even better than most of dim sum places in Asia. There’s no disappointment. 蝦餃 蝦球 燒賣are must try. The portions are generous. The price is reasonable I’d definitely drive 5 hours from Montreal just for this place.

The portions were amazing. I loved every single thing we ordered. Service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend coming here earlier because it might be a bit of a wait. The prices are extremely reasonable. It feels like we ordered a huge feast and it came to less than $30 each.

Food was not good. The staff was okay, however, I feel that they tricked us in terms of their fish. The food was very salty, so when I got home I had to drink lots and lots of water. The staff said that the fish was made and very good soup high quality. It wasn’t, it was very nothing with no flavour! I just think the staff put way too many MSG into the food and it’s just not very good food that I thought it was. Cost was very expensive!

Food was presented very nicely and also tasted great. The Su Mai was larger and fancier than usual and was also good tasting! Dim Sum was also value for our group of 6, just about $15-20 per person.Service was decent but we ran into 1 blip - the restaurant mistyped the final amount on our bill and after we paid, they came to our table and asked us to pay a bit more (even though the tip had already covered the difference). We made a booking for 10am on a Wednesday but ended up getting a walk-in table with no wait. Groups were lining up at around 11:30 when we were leaving.

Good luck getting seated if you are not friends with the door lady. Expect to wait for a good 45mins if you are planning to visit during lunch hour. Tried booking ahead too but door lady still gave me a number and made me wait like i didn't book 2 hours ahead. Other than the dirty tea cups and pots we got once we were seated, the foods were hot and delicious. Other staffs were very professional and accomidating. Recommend to either go before 11:30am or after 1:30pm.

Red pill or Blue pill, are you ready for a mind-changing Chinese food experience? We were, when we came to The One Fusion Cuisine! Nestled in a brisk plaza is one of the finer GTA Chinese restaurants. While we tried the BBQ pork & dim sum (siu mai) at its sister Skyview Restaurant; this was our first time here. Our meal started with Stir-Fried Shrimp w/ Macadamia Nut & Vegetables. Who knew huge prawns could fuse so well with milky & nutty flavours. Soy Sauce Free Range Chicken was well-marinated with a balanced sweet soy taste. I couldn't resist the moist honey roasted BBQ pork, so we added it for takeout later. Our waiter proudly referred us to the delicate Empurau Fish from Singapore as their specialty. It was also on promo. We'd never tried it before but were pleasantly surprised by the clean buttery taste of the steamed fish. Its edible fish scales were fried & seasoned with spices as a tasty follow-up dish. Now I know why the fish is called "unforgettable."After settling our bill, we got ready to leave but were greeted by small delights: red bean soup, almond cookie & osmanthus flower jelly. I quite enjoyed the refreshing citrus scent of the soup. Complementary dessert is a perk of good Chinese restaurants. Lest we forgot after our pandemic hiatus from indoor dining! This restaurant becomes packed. We walked in for an early dinner, and were given 1.5 hours. Dine-in service was friendly & attentive for the most part. While we weren't rushed, sure enough the restaurant was very lively by the time we finished. The One is the right place for generally decent Cantonese food.

Took my mom here for her birthday dinner.Reservation is required at this place due to the popularity and limited seating. The grand entrance of the restaurant immediately brings you to the Cantonese part of China. The dining area is quite spacious but due to Covid, was sparsely decorated with round tables. A party of three was not common since most tables were almost fully surrounded with big families. The menu wasn’t overly complicated. There are written in both Chinese and English. We went with the easy route by taking a prebuilt course for four (later found out that it’s too much food)! The duck, the ? and the sweet and sour chicken were delicious and were exactly what we were expecting. The service was decent also.If I have to point out anything negative: the waiter forgot our drink order but was quickly corrected after a gentle reminder.Overall not a bad place if you like Cantonese food, definitely better than any Chinese restaurant in Oregon?.

This is our first time and will be back again soon. The price for Dim Sum is good, the size of the food is big, and the service is just okay.Overall, the taste is very different from many traditional Dim Sum I had before. Also, I like the decorating of the restaurant.Highly recommend to anyone

Best BBQ pork in the GTA. The One is my favourite spot for authentic Chinese food, dim sum and dinner. Perfect for family gatherings, also kid friendly.Dim sum fave dishes - Egg custard steamed bun, Pineapple/BBQ bun, BBQ pork rice/noodle.Get here early if you don't want to wait. There is always a line up during dim sum hours. Must try, you won't get disappointed. Every dish is on point!
