The food was over cooked and we had to wait to long for our server.
Ordered a Jacked up beer (22oz) got a regular pint instead. Server rectified the issue. Ordered the Angry Jack Burger. Was lacking flavour. Very dry. Had to add ketchup on it. Requested a booth but got sat at the Bar Area (small booth). ordered 2 Burger meals and 2 drinks. With Tip and Tax came out to 80$. Will be awhile before I come back. Had an ok experience but totally not worth the money you spend for the food provided.
Server was friendly but once food was brought he did not come back. No condiments(salt and pepper/ketchup etc) extra Mayo and gravy was ordered and never came. My daughters burger bun was soggy and she could not eat it.
Busy location at West Beaver Creek. It was hard to find parking during lunch or dinner hours. We dropped in after 4pm during weekday and we could find a parking spot right away. Been a customer for over 2 decades and food always keeps in good consistency. Good customer service. Will visit again soon.
My dad and I waited for 15-20 minutes and no one came to our table to greet us. We got up and left. Not a good service record for Fathers Day. Plus the restaurant wasn’t even full.
Waitresses were attentive and quick to connect with my party to take drink orders when they entered the restaurant. This was our first corporate event since WFH and COVID, and it went superbly well. We will be hosting another summer event at Jack’s!
I had a buffalo chicken sandwich along with non-alcoholic straberry guava lemonade and coke with fries. The buffalo sauce was requested to be hot flavoured but it was not that spicy yet. Overall the food was delicious.Would definitely visit the restaurant again ?.
Great food and great company. Everyone enjoyed their meal and server was pleasant.
Mother’s Day
Our waitress was extremely kind and very funny. I forgot her name but she needs a raise or something. The sweetest waitress I’ve ever had!
