The unfortunate thing about this location is that the food itself is really good. The problem is it takes FOREVER to order. Staff that take 10 minutes to process a simple order and the whole staff seem aloof and confused. The staff are nice but untrained and inefficient.
Nice Angus beef halaal burgers. They have chicken ones and Angus beef. They have specials daily on the different kinds of burgers that they carry. Staff is very friendly and service very good. Their sauce is usually very good and tasty. Kids like like place too.

Stopped in for a burger of the day which was a blue moon.. aka burger with blue cheese. Nice enough staff but these burgers are barely adequate and you are paying 6.99 ON SALE!! This is for a 4 ounce burger which I think is adequate. Sadly these have to be frozen pucks since it took some time to have the burger cooked and the place was completely empty just after 1 PM. It's basically grey matter ... zero juiciness and a bun that felt day old hard on the bottom. Like tap it with your fingers and it was hard. For the money I think this is very poor quality ... One slice of extra extra thin tomato and almost no mushrooms . Highly not recommended. Personally I feel Wendy's or A&W are much better. South street is good but quite a bit more money but it tastes like you're eating a burger there. This was tasteless grey matter. I would be surprised if it was fresh. Not sure if this is all the stores but certainly this was a poor effort for a 7 dollar burger. Well 5 guys smokes this place as well but none nearby. If you're hankering for a burger I would say you should pass on this place/franchise. Big disappointment.

They make a pretty good burger
Completely dead and yet the entire place was dirty. None of the tables had been wiped and the floor was sticky. Burger buns were burned and burgers were poorly wrapped and all fell apart in the bag. Also gave us the wrong sides.
The burger looked and started like it was pan or boiled. Didn't like it
