Very quick and one of the best locations i have tried. A lot of hero burger locations dissapoint but this location is amazing.
Ordered milk shakes for the family.Don’t know about the other flavours but stay clear of the cookies and cream shake.Don’t know which cookies they use but it tastes medicinal.All of us ordered the same flavour and none of us could finish it. Even my kids. Now that says something.If you looking for just catering your sweet tooth then you are probably better off with McDonald’s.
Ordered 4 burgers 2 original cheese burgers and 2 spicy crispy sandwiches. The cheese burgers were good but both the chicken burgers felt small in comparison to other locations. taste was ok felt like they put too much mayo. Not sure why they squished all the sandwiches very tightly cause it caused one of the sandwiches to become distorted.
Service was abysmal. Went there and ordered 2 hamburgers, the heavy hitter and a 4 oz signature. Took a over 30 minutes to get the food out. We asked the cashier how much longer the food would take and he responded with 2-3 mins. The food then came out 10 mins after that. Everyone else in the store was fed up as well because there were numerous complaints regarding the obscene amount of time taken to put out burgers. The food itself was also dry, would've thought the burgers would've been a little better given how long it took to prepare them.
We were in the area yesterday on Yonge Street & tired of going to Subway, decided to drop in at Hero CB. That was a good decision, sorry great decision & choice.We had 1 signature & 1 Heavy Hitter & sweet potato fries...juicy, delicious beef burgers & buns to go with it. The customer service too was excellent- very courteous & welcoming staff!
My daughters and I ordered Hamburgers and chicken burgers today and all 3 orders were burnt outside and raw insideI love Chicken burger but this place ruin it for meNever go to this location againWaste of money
The prices are a lil too high for fast food burger.
I walked into the store and I was the only customer. However, they told me that I will need to wait for about 30 minutes because of high number of online orders ahead of us! The prices were unreasonably high. We ordered two Italian Chicken Deluxe and an Action Hero Burger. The former didn't really taste great, but the latter was very good. The prices were a little higher than my expectation.

Honestly the best burger I've ever had. I'm no burger connoisseur, but I've eaten my fair share from a variety of restaurants. Signature burger was astonishingly good.The service was great and the restaurant was clean. Cashier was so kind to me and my family helping us decide what to eat at this establishment. Food came out immediately fresh and hot which is a big plus. Friendly staff for sure!Would totally recommend to my friends to come here and enjoy a bite at this location.
