The worst fast food experience I ever had in my life. We purchased dinner today and none of the burgers were marked. We purchased a veggie burger, chicken burger, Angus burger and a Junior burger. They all were drenched in sauces and could not be distinguished from each other. Unfortunately different burgers ordered due to the different preferences and restrictions and allergies . We use DoorDash to get our burgers and it arrive at 9:45 PM. When call the store to complain the manager answered the phone and she was not apologetic at all she was rude condescending and demeaning . She kept on saying that it was our fault and that we should have made sure that it was marked. The worst Store ever. I hope head office will make sure that the have better customer service. All the burgers ended up in the garage. Never It will order all purchase from Harvey’s Richmond Hill near Yonge and Elgin Mills.
It was not the first time I got food from this location but probably would be the last time! Food is ok but, very Rude and disrespectful employees.
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!!The RUDEST lady would not even attempt to help with our Uber Eats order. She hung up on us and CANCELLED our order. When we called to solve the issue she hung up on us AGIAN! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star And if you are the restaurant reading this, we were going to use your location for a hot lunch program and we will now be giving our business to a different location since you clearly are too busy and can only handle small orders.
Extremely friendly customer service. I was so pleased to be greeted by Justin this evening. He was so kind, friendly and respectful. At the microphone and at the window he was so welcoming it was just a fantastic experience. Love to see this in fast food especially in my own neighbourhood. Makes me happy. Awesome justin 10/10!
Everything made fresh and hot.No complaint and staff was very friendly and happy.Place was very clean looked like may be a new location.Definitely recommend for quick meal.
I ordered here for the second time. The food is good and tastes good. Only problem was that I ordered bacon on my burger instead of cheese. Didn't get the bacon but got the cheese ( which I can't eat and had to scrape off the bun). I also ordered two different extra sauces which I didn't get. Not really happy because I like to get what I paid for.
One of the worst food. I like Harvey's but this location does not serve the original Harvey's Burger. Multigrain bread was the worst. It's not fresh and while eating it feels like a rubber. The burger was cold. The staff is very rude and doesn't understand even little English. I don't recommend this restaurant a a real Harvey's restaurant. I'm very generous to give you one star.
