I have been a long time customer. The quality of the food is consistent and everything is pretty good. Prices are acceptable for what you get. My main complaint is that they slice the sashimi too thin.

Overall decent sushi, no complaints. Nothing special, but not bad either. The only downside to the place is the inside gets a little stuffy and hot, otherwise still a nice place to try out.

Pretty solid spot for sushi and Korean food. It can be a little hard to find surface parking during prime lunch & dinner times but there's a (dimly lit) underground parking.Service is usually good. The quality is consistent and prices are very reasonable. The Spicy Scallop roll is a must! It has great flavour and texture.

This place was amazing. Ordered only 2 special rolls and was very filling. Size of the sushi were fairly big pieces and makes it worth the price. The fish tasted so fresh, all you can eat sushi places are great but this definitely does not compare! The staff were very nice and approachable. We also had free appetizers like salad and potatoes, and tried sashimi of sea urchin. Such great flavours , definitely worth a visit!

Always amazing food and service. One of the few sushi joints that open relatively late. Lots of delivery app options. 5% cash discount. Full bar.Underground parking also available.

Had the pleasure to grab a bite here for the second time and everything about this restaurant is fabulous. Consistency is the key and they’re able to execute it very well every time with they’re warm hospitality. Impeccable service with scrumptious food items will bring you back over and over. A fusion of Japanese and Korean cuisine is wonderfully put together, definitely recommend all to visit at Gal’s. I look forward to coming by for dinner very soon! Till then, ciao!

No better sushi in Ontario. The sashimi is so fresh! Everything is amazing and clean, the staff is friendly. Highly recommend. Great prices too!

I was like "I'm gonna only have like 10 pieces, just get the smaller count one" at first, as the only time I ever have sushi was at ayce and didn't really like it.We ended up ordering takeout and got the 50pcs set and I ended up having two thirds of it. XP It was delicious and completely different from what I had in the past.I am very satisfied with service and quality of food here. I appreciate their efforts that had been taken to keep everyone safe (The take out area is section off away from the dine in area) I will be coming back again but next time will order more as I now enjoy having sushi a lot more. =DThe restaurant's entrance is located on the north facing side of the building.

No matter how many bad reviews this place gets, it will continue to be packed with customers; but I have had too many intolerable and annoying experiences with this place that it has accumulated up to a point where I am writing this review.Service: mediocre at best, the staff don’t have an attitude but are not nice and courteous either. When it gets busy, they are extremely ignorant. One time I called to place an order, I didn’t even finish my order yet and the waitress just gave me a number and hung up… like seriously? The only thing good about this place is that they are very lenient on substitutions. If you wanted to change all your sashimi to salmon sashimi in your bento, you can do that for an up charge.Food: I thought I was the only one who got extremely bloated from eating here, but after I came here with friends, it wasn’t just me. I don’t know what they add to their sushi that made my friends and I this way (we only ordered sushi and rolls) but also I don’t want to accuse them of using MSG as I don’t have clear cut evidence. The only thing that has kept me coming here in the past is their spicy salmon rolls and their combination platters which were tasty but I just kept getting so thirsty after eating it. Also, the rolls and the sushi have gotten smaller ever since COVID-19, before they were small but now they’re even smaller.Overall, I wouldn’t go back again after discovering new sushi places. The quality of fish they use is mediocre and the portions have gotten smaller. However, the lunch boxes are not bad since they are pretty inexpensive. Also, parking is a pain in this area.

Sushi quality is great and the service is excellent too. We had sushi set for 3 people for 2 of us and finished with more than full stomach ?
