Lab was very clean and set up well.Both my mom & received blood work at Dynacare Richmond Hill on last Tuesday. Staff were friendly and helpful. Big Shout to the lab technician Rhea who took my blood was extremely competent and professional. We did not even any pain & she did an amazing work. We were in and out within 10 minutes. Great work and thank you Rhea!
Very welcoming environment. Staff people are good. I didn't find any bad perceptions though. Sometimes, it's very busy and you have to wait in line but that's fine. We need better service and that's what you are receiving here.
The lady who draw my blood forgot one tube. When I was about to leave, She came back and said she made a mistake and she needed to do it again to get one more tube. I got two needles just in 5 min. I have bruise and pain after the draw. Not sure if it's because of that. And she was so rushing that she was drawing so quick. I did this around 12:00pm to 1pm so there were even no much patients there. This was my 3rd visit but the first 2 visits with another lady were great. So be careful about which nurse to help you. I should have asked her name.
I had bloodwork done today at the Richmond Hill Dynacare location. The staff was friendly and very professional. My nurse Liza was very kind and amazing at her job. She made my experience comfortable and painless. I highly recommend Liza if you need bloodwork done!

Today when I went in, the medical staff were extremely rude to me and made me wait longer than needed for a blood test.Even after being called into the testing room, I waited over 15 minutes before anyone showed up.Individuals who lined up way after my mother and I, already got their blood test done before I did. When I went up to reception to ask and inquire about the situation ,no response was given and I was told to wait longer.I then overheard the receptionist say that there was a mistake and the staff took the wrong test form.I have no problem waiting but at the same time, my 95 year old mother was also doing a blood test and ecg. I was anxious and needed to finish quickly so I can help her with getting up and down from the bed and changing her clothing.The staff that came in later to confirm my name,I then told her that I’ve been waiting for more than 15 minutes. She then proceeded to berate me for asking why it took so long for me to get my blood drawn, She said that we as the patient have no right to complain and must wait indefinitely until they deem it convenient to do our testing. She also said it was up to them to determine who goes first and after. so what is the point of lining up on the screen . No apologies were made .I promptly took my business elsewhere. I will never come to this location again. The extremely rude staff member's name is Melchoco. When I asked for her information to bring the complaint up to her manager, she took my pen and paper, slammed it on the table wrote it down and threw it back at me.
Received the best laboratory experience at this location, very professional. Excellent service from receptionist ... Received texted updates on my wait time in my car. My requisition was processed in detail with follow-up appointment dates printed out. Technician (Mitch) was very professional, calm and courteous. Great teamwork. Keep up the good work.

Worst place you can ever go to get your blood work done. Please avoid this lab. Went there this morning as walk in at 10.00 am. They took away my health card and told me to come back after 1.5 hour. I came to their office at 11.30 and I see there is still wait of 46 minutes. Lady in front said that their staff was "taking breaks". I will never go here again. A very broken health care system.
