I often go to Oakridge's location of Dominos, they have excellent service and very helpful staff. Pizza choices and food temperature is very good.They have quick which makes it convenient for a quick meal.
Very good pizza, better than any other pizza around the area. I always come here and they ate the humble.
Always prepared fast and ready when I arrive. Most importantly their pizza is super consistent!!

Very slow, probably too busy I can't blame.But once I went there to pick up, at first they look busy so I just said "hi, I'm here to pick up my pizza", nobody answered me, they were also trying to make eye contact with me. I think they were just all waiting for their colleagues to answer me. So I stood there for a good 2 minute until I figured being nice and waiting for them does not work.UPDATE:they reached out to me almost immediately after my review, offering me a free pizza and apologized. I don't need the pizza but I do appreciate their attitude, so I'm changing it to 5 star.
I ordered online twice from this place and the experience was not good. First time I ordered online, the website said order was delivered but I waited another 10-15 minutes before the pizza actually arrived. Second time I ordered pizza here and that was today, they delivered the pizza to the WRONG house. Luckily my neighbours were honest and told me about the mistake.UPDATE: I am giving this place a 5 stars because of the excellent customer service and professionalism this location staffs have handled the situation. I got a store credit back for the mistake, the staffs reached out to me on the phone and when I tried ordering today the staffs there apologized and recognized their mistake. Thank you for the wonderful service and tasty pizza!
Ordered online this evening. The food arrived in 30 minutes however, we didn't realize this as the driver didn't knock on our door alerting us (contactless delivery). The icing for our cinnastix was missing so I called the store to let them know. The woman was very nice an apologetic. She said they would send it right away. This time the driver did knock and along with the icing there was an order of cheesy bread! We didn't expect this and it just shows their exceptional customer service. Food was very good and we will definitely continue to use them as our go to pizza night in.
I had to wait extra 15 min due to shortage of staff and i ordered light sauce but they put more than regular.
We ordered from this location, two pizzas, drinks and sides. When the driver showed up to the house some random guy walked over to him and gave him our food. The random guy walke off with the food and the driver left. When i called the location they were less than helpful. Will never order from this location or Domino's in general.
For some reason it took 1 hour and 15 minutes. For 2 large Pizzas. I have visited multiple Domino's and for some reason this locations pizza sauce is spicier than the others. My kids don't like the pizza from this place because sauce is too spicy.
