This DQ is awesome on a hot summers day, next door to a splash pad. The people working are very friendly
The Dairy Queen closes at 10 PM but on Google it says the hours are until 10:30 PM. I went at 10:15 PM to get a cake for a birthday and the doors were open but they said they couldn't serve me and that they closed. Pretty frustrating when you drive 30 minutes to get a cake and they say they're not open but they're open?
Great staff, great ice cream. The employees are always putting cleanliness and customers first. Employees always make sure the line moves as fast as possible and that the cones are shaped beautifully. Overall great place for quality ice cream.
Terrible Location, owner and employees are equally lost. Go to Aurora instead or Richmond Hill. Tower hill is a pathetic joke. Head office should take over or shut this location down.
Wouldn't honor a $1 coupon from the dairy Queen app. Unreal. They kicked me out and that was after the owner was called. Terrible location.
DQ is nationwide, that offers reward points using their App. Beware this DQ store at Towerhill and Bathurst does not participate or honour DQ points.
Understaffed and still have insane COVID protocols (it’s May 2022). Half the lobby is blocked off with a debit terminal 12ft away from the counter… Weird.
This place is near to the intersection of Tower Hill Road and Bathurst Street. Also beside the road which is (Alhart Street). There is a community park called “William Neal Community Park”. I think it’s a great place for a fast food restaurant.

Came in with my father and was treated poorly from this particular lady. I understand from COVID-19 there will be some issues. However, this lady doesn’t know how to act or treat people in a humane way. I’ve heard stories about this particular location and this is unacceptable, she should be fired. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN ?????
