I ordered a cake for my son's birthday. It was prepaid. I was told they didn't make the cake when I showed up at the store. I had to pick a random cake for my son's birthday. The girl told me when the manger came in he will refund my money. No refund after three days. No one answers the phone . I have to drive there again to get my money back.. worst experience ever!
Royal blizzard that I got tasted exactly like McDonald’s Oreo Mc flurry so it was pretty expensive comparing the quality; and also the fudge was so sweet. Came here on Sunday evening at 6pm, decided to order a Misty Float (slush with soft serve on top, not MIXED). First, had 2 new trainees take my order but didn't even look like they worked there, in regular clothes and not in uniform. Proceeded to then wait awhile when I see the new trainee making my float, then mixing the drink with the soft serve until another coworker had to remind him that the float is not mixed. Then proceeded to make another one as he messed up, did not put enough syrup for the flavour as the slush was extremely watered down from the ice. As they were making the new one because they messed up the other one, they had to ask multiple other coworkers to assist in whether or not you mix the float (literally had 3 people help in making this one drink). Then after, they didn't give a straw so I had to ask for one, waiting for like 2 minutes literally in front of the cash register while looking at a group of girls just having a conversation with each other, even making eye contact with one of them more than once. Wish I could give it no stars but unfortunately I have to add a star, spent most of my time waiting for 1 drink that they messed up on and ended up being just soft serve with straight up ice and not much flavour. Never going to come back
Dessert wasn't prepared as requested.Please put a clear sign for drive through path. At night, I saw everyone was missing the turn which goes to the pickup window.
OMG ridiculous wait time especially drive thru. Ordered then when got to window to pay said 'oh sorry we don't have that' and 'girl that took your order her shift ended'. Cars in front of us quite angry.. what a mess this place is.
The ice cream is great. The vegan ice cream is not my favorite though. We had to wait for half an hour in the drive thru so I would just go in and pick up my order next time.
I don't give a bad reviews very often, this place was so dirty, employees don't care about the job or customers. Couldn't order a hamburger meal they had none, could only by the chicken strip basket and then purchase drinks separately, cashier was rude when I said the drink fountain wasn't working they said no drinks then. Never going back the Richmond hill location again nasty nasty nasty.
This place doesn't even deserve a one star. Went to the drive thru yesterday March 25th and was waiting for 5 minutes for someone to take my order no answer.Go around the drive thru again and have to scream "HELLO" for someone to finally take my order. Went to the drive thru window, no one came to me for an additional 7 minutes with my order. Safe to say I just drove away. WILL NOT BE BACK.
I went to the drive through and ordered mushroom Swiss burger combo. The burger was amaaaaazing, very fresh, very tasty. The fries was not drowning in salt like Mcdonald’s which is much more healthier and better than Mc. I recommend customers to order from both treat/grill of this place, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!Update: Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was raw and pink inside. Not gonna come back again!
Okay food sucks at this location. Really bad the buns are old and soggy there meat patties taste super old. Food is not fresh. Waste of money ? at this location they will never change. I'm surprised no one has gotten sick.
