Had a great experience with this restaurant from the time of arrival to the time we left the place. All the staff are polite and always willing give details of what to expect and what we’re getting. The food was great because we prepared it ourselves. Lol. Will definitely come back.
Don't go there if you don't eat odd bits, because it is more expensive than other place. Prepare to spend 70$ to 100$ per a person. They have the most authentic odd bits ingredients in Toronto.Pig brainRabbit kidneyOx tripeDuck intestineTypical ingredients back in Chengdu, which is hard to find here. I only go here with my husband who's from Chengdu, but with other friends I go with cheaper all you can eat.
It is hard to find a Resturant like this in GTA, so authentic and fair pricing. Will come back for sure.
The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean, and everything was amazing. the service was the greatest experience I ever had. The waitress are very nice, offering different options, assisted us choosing from the menu. They were always around whenever we needed them.
Awesomely spicy! They have New Zealand ?? lamb which is halal how amazing is that!
Four of us ate 260, the price is normal. There is my favorite pig brain. The environment and decoration are very hot, and the taste is very spicy. Basically the hottest one I have ever eaten in Toronto.
Came here as a last minute plan, as other places were quite busy. Was seated very quickly as it wasn't busy for a Saturday night. The plates range from 3-10 for veggies and 10-50 for meats. They offer wagyu beef and Kobe beef as well, but we didn't order these. We got the double hotpot with the tomato and beef soup bases, both of which were good. The tomato one was quite flavourful and strong. Their selection is quite limited. Service was good, but nothing special. Beware that they force a sauce fee on you, for $3.99. Lots of better options out there in the area, I wouldn't return.
Very attentative staff almost too attentive since they have to make sure the water doesn't boil away. They are quite friendly. The spice level is very hot even for someone like me so ask for less spicy. It is a little pricey but that's the standard for hot pot dinners I think. I'd recommend this place if you like exotic meats such as gizzards or liver or brain. They do have vegetarian dishes but not as much as it's like to see.
Taste and customer service are all excellent! Come back all the time and highly recommended!!
For someone who has never had a Chinese hot pot experience, this was a great place to learn. You ordered via tablet, and menu items were well photographed, and organized by type of food, such as meats, vegetables, tofu, drinks etc. Prices were reasonable and the service, attentive but not overbearing. Assistance was available if you needed it.No credit cards (surprise!), but debit and cash accepted.
