Great location, such a cozy coffee shop. If you get a chance to stop by in this plaza for any reason, give this place a try...you'll see for yourself why it's totally worth it. You'll also get a nice view of one of the hottest intersections in Richmond Hill too...bayview x major mak.The staff (owners) are amazing kind people who always smile and basically take care of customers like family members. A few weeks ago, my wife forgot her purse at this place with basically everything in it...and guess what, she went back the next day and these people handed her the whole thing intact with big smile. In all honesty five star is not even anywhere close to what this place truly deserves.
Got a iced cappuccino on my first time going there. Service is really fast, and the coffee was also extremely good. I recommend this place 100%

The renovations made this place a take out. No longer ideal for dine in or a coffee. Very tight place to sit and relax. Congratulations.
Haven’t been to this location yet but I’am going there tomorrow & see how nice or rude the owner & employees are. I read alot of negative reviews about the owner sooo i’ll go & see & will update it. They better be Nice, otherwise they will regret it!?
This store does not respect all lives. Some stores, businesses, staff, people need to learn to be respectful that people with health problems and are exempt from being forced to wear masks are not “dispensable” people. Masks are unhealthy especially for those with serious breathing problems and other problems from various illnesses. We are very responsible in the ways that count (more than most of the mask wearers) and are of no threat to anyone and we cannot be locked up forever and be unable to get out and survive also. We should not be harassed, attacked or denied services. We have a basic trust in others and it is about time that the irrational extremists people stop being so selfish and learn to have a basic trust too. There are millions of different kinds of threats out there and nothing is 100% safe or ever will be. Causing more harm because of irrational fear or just plain selfishness is not the answer. We all count. All lives count. Thank you to all the stores and places that have been and continue to be decent people and respect all lives, needs, and survival etc. They do not believe only a particular group count. They know we all count, and that we all need to consider everyone and do the best we can in that way. A lot of people will remember you. This store is not one of them.
I recommend this location to everyone. Since they had the whole area renovated, with new owners( it was disaster before, junkies meeting place) everything is excellent. Clean, friendly owners & employees, A+ customer service,... Haters are always out there. So don’t listen or pay attention to them and keep doing what you think is the best. Coffee Time has to be great full to have professional like them taking care of their name. Is totally a different store then any other Coffee Time I went to ☺️??All the best to them:) Cheers??

Very ignorant management and staff.
I asked the lady how many shots of espresso in are in a large coffee, she said 2. I asked if I can have an extra shot she said it would cost $2 plus. So I asked for a large iced coffee with an extra shot of espresso and she said okay. So I asked the total number of shots of espresso in ice coffee and she told me there is no espresso in iced coffee. And meanwhile the guy had already prepared one shot of espresso. So I paused to think, and she started giving me attitude. So I decided to leave, and on my way out, the man was yelling at me nonstop, accusing me of “ruining his business.” Worst place ever, don’t waste your time entertaining these clowns.
