We ordered one tongue sandwich yesterday because I was told their specialties are in tongue sandwich.Sandwich had a very bad smell. And too much sauce they added and they didn’t wrap properly.It is a big sandwich but not happy with the taste , smell and quality of food.
I always wanted to give this place a five star, but I knew they are already well-known in Persian community and there is no need to leave them a good review. But this 5 star review is for the staff who worked on Sunday July 24th. I was there on Sunday evening and although It was super busy at the time I was waiting for my order, the staff behaved so professional. I could feel that they were really tired, but I have to appreciate their friendly manner, and the smile they had at all the time.
The best Persian style sandwiches in Toronto. Tongue and mushroom is heavenly! Great bread and fresh ingredients.Staff are always friendly and smiling.I hope it grows and I no longer see comments about treating employees unfairly, so we can come here more often and support this business open heartedly.

Best tongue and brain sandwich you can ever try in your life. It's not just the best here in Toronto but the best I'm sure one will ever find. Our second trip to Toronto and second visit to this place.

They do not care about customers. Wait time is too long. Take phone orders first and the walk-ins will have to wait at the end of the line asmanagement would think they are DESPERATE enough to wait. Tried twice every time disappointed by lack of care and slow and inefficient service. Business is not about making money only.
I have been a customer for several years, have always given them a chance eventhough the food is sometimes terrible and sometimes great- never the same. Management doesnt care if their client is dissatisfied because according to them “they have enough customers they dont need me”.. there are other establishments that care for your business please go elsewhere. TERRIBLE!!!!!
We went to chef burger today and we found a hair in our sandwich. We told the personal about it , the owner was very rude and he just said this happens. We will never go there anymore and I just want to leave a review so other people know what's going on .......
I used to love this place and I was a regular but recently it's become a rip off! The picture on the right is a cold cut sandwich from Chef Burger and the one on the left is from Topol Sandwich for the same price! When I complained about it, I was told by one of the ladies that this is their original recipe by the owner which has always been the same!
