This location is just okay... nothing against the staff, I am sure they are doing their best, and are probably overworked or understaffed. On several occasions they have gotten my order wrong. They have either forgotten items completely, added things I asked to be removed, or just did their own interpretation of the order. I am not a fussy person, but it does get frustrating at times.
A great hamburger restaurant in the heart of York Region. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior was very clean with a nice ambience and decor. Best of all was the quality of the product. Food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this Burger King establishment.
Personally I like Burger King, but this one is one of the worse ones. Last night I tried to pick up a delivery food for uber and after 5 minutes waiting in line they told me that i have to come back and line up again in five minutes, they rejected to give me the food at the door and all because of their problems the food wasn’t ready, after spend more 10 minutes in line for second time they passed me the drink without tray and when I asked for tray the staff say you need it for one drink ?, I also had second one with 2 drinks, even when I said thanks and bye she didn’t answer, so disrespectful.

Same food quality as other chain stores but employees were ALOT more pleasant to help you there it's nice to see that. Not the closest to where I live but will visit more frequently now. Only issue that was not to nice to see messy self serve area could not find a dry spot to put my cup.
The food here was really good. I got the bacon king. It had tons of bacon. I also got the ice cream and it was pretty good. It did take a little while to get my food but other than that it was delicious and a comfortable experience with the family.
Ordered on doordash a caesar salad.... this was the salad. This is the second time ordering and now both times its absolutely horrible. First time they burnt my mozza sticks. This location needs to do better! They literally dont care
There are two issues in this location. First the lady who works in the kitchen in the morning time did not wash hands after touching the raw meat and she strted to maks sandwiches. Second is the low speed of the staff. Each time I go I should wait at least 15 minutes for the food.
VERY DIRTY! Garbage on the floor, very unorganised place. Smell like trash and oil mix when you walk in. I can’t believe this is burger king.
Used to be a good Burger King but idk what happened to because recently they are providing bad service. They are out of coke and ur food always is cold and dry. Ur food does not come with sauce anymore
