Ordered a bowl of wing combo at Their store in H-Mart, the cashier only willing to give 3 small packs of ketch up.! Hello?! Excuse me? All other fast good chain stores are offer unlimited ketch up. Ok!The good is good, but no customer service at all! Their female cashier is so mean! Not friendly at all! Will not order any more!

Their fried chicken i have to say is pretty good. However, wont go back anymore because of their bad service. The one star is for their service. One of their worker, a senior lady was stingy! She refused to give me one more pack of ketchup. Come on?! It just a regular ketchup that u can buy and see everywhere. It’s not like a house special ketchup that may cost more. It is a ketchup ok?! Why been so mean! Ruined my dining experience. I cannot finish all the fries coz i dont have enough ketchup to go with it!

Had good experience at this location before but this time it’s really bad. 5 of out the 7 wings in the wing combo were drumettes. So disappointed when I finished one wingette and found I only have one left. And you can see from the picture how stingy they were on the fries.

Avoid the cheese ball at allll cost! I’ve been to korea and had my fill of deep fried cheese balls and this one was not it. Was not crispy on the outside and the texture seems off. Its like a sweet cheese mochi timbit. The price is also on the higher end, $10 for 6 balls, definitely not worth.I didnt realize until now, I looked it up online that its not cheese, its cream cheese. To be fair, its a fried chicken restaurant, but why heavily advertise the cheese balls on social media when its not even the same deep fried cheese ball thats trending atm

One of the better Korean fried chicken joints in town located within H Mart.Be prepared to wait 15-20 mins as they make it fresh. I ordered the 8 piece with "Korean secret sauce", you can choose their other sauce options.Their secret sauce was a little sweet, sour and spicy, I really liked it.

It's inside Hmart. A popular fried chicken style from Korea. Apparently they only use fresh chickens. If you order a whole chicken, they cut up a whole chicken for you. Without a ton of batter hanging from it. A bunch of different flavors if you don't want plain. It says bbq but it's fried chicken ?. The bbq stands for "best ...... quality" or something like that.

So I had to call them 7 times just to place an order. They do pick up but it seems like they just pick up and put it aside, since I could hear the conversations but they were not taking to me. During the 7th try, they did talk to me; one time a guy then another a girl. Unfortunately, they couldn’t speak English or Korean. The guy was mumbling the same thing repeatedly. It wasn’t even funny. Then, they told me that it would take about 30 minutes. I arrived there after 30 minutes and still waited for another 15 minutes. Anyways, as for the fried chicken itself, it was mediocre at best. I’ve been to this location several times and it used to be good. It seems like the quality is going down every visit. This time, it was just “Secret Spicy” that I ordered and it tasted strange, as if the sauce was mixed with another type. Still, they are keeping their pricing largely the same, while all the other similar restaurants are pushing them up like crazy, so that’s a good thing. So, for the best experience with them, just place an order in person, and then browse or shop around the H-Mart while you wait.

Honestly the best Korean fried chicken in Canada. Almost comparative to the one in Korea. Generously portioned and lightly seasoned. Soy garlic, original, and honey garlic definitely my go to.

One of my favourite places for fried chicken. Love the Gang Jeong & honey garlic. Red chak chak is my favourite, but they haven't had that in weeks. They've messed up my order twice in the last month, but fixed it in the end.

Chees balls are recommended if you like donuts filled with cheese. The chicken is always good quality and tasty. We also like the hot fries.
