Same selections across all locations but what makes a location stand out will have to be the services!! We greeted by these friendly and cheerful young girls who smile shine behind their masks. They were so patient with my indecisive daughter, very attentive to all of us. These young girls set the bar high in the retail industry. We will revisit whenever we crave for cold treats and plan to order ice-cream cake for our upcoming events.

I had the worst experience with this location. The twovery unprofessional and mad Asian employees didn'teven greet us even do we said Hello they didn’t respond , because they were talking about their personal stuff, and the way they treated us made usleave the store and buy nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

I really enjoy the ice cream but the service really really needs to be better! I have been standing in for 3-5 minutes and nobody come to help. Lol

I've gotten two ice cream cakes from here and they were really sweet because chocolate and ice cream, so basically what you would completely expect from an ice cream cake. Never had real issue with the staff as I basically ordered and paid and left so I can't comment on that. An ice cream cake in general isn't cheap so don't expect it to be cheap because it's basically a round ice cream.

Would love to try with a gift card but the gift ? card system doesn’t work and no reply on whether it will work or not, don’t buy their gift cards!!!

My go to branch for ice cream cake. I usually pick a design from their album and it always come out as described . This year, I showed the lady in charge ( I believe she’s the owner) a design from a website and see if she can replicate. She’s helpful and offered suggestion and alternative, the ice cream cake came out really nice and my daughter loves it as she likes icing very much. I don’t think she charged me extra for the design. Great job!

The staff here are unfriendly and super unprofessional. Went in to purchase a birthday cake - asked staff for recommendations, short answered and walks away, very bland service. Ruined my mood to be honest.

Terrible customer service - we ordered a $40 ice cream cake specifically asking for pink sprinkles on top for a girl's birthday. When we picked up the cake and asked for a candle, the cashier narrowed her eyes and responded "UMMM", thought for a while, and gave one reluctantly. Note that a single birthday candle is complimentary for all cakes. After this strange encounter we left the store only to realize there were no pink sprinkles, so we brought it back saying we asked for sprinkles when we ordered, and asking them politely to put some on. The cashier very rudely said "I don't think so. It would make the cake messy" (?????) This was your mistake?? We told her that the birthday girl really likes pink sprinkles, and to try to put it around the edge of the cake, and she took it to the back. When she brought the cake back with DARK GREEN sprinkles, she SHOVED the box wordlessly across the counter. Excuse me, this was your mistake that you first refused to fix, you didn't even fix it correctly, and now you're giving us a horrible attitude for no reason. We have ordered birthday cakes at this location for over a decade but will never be returning. You have lost some loyal customers.

The employees at this store need some serious customer service and empathy training.I am a parent of a toddler who managed to lock herself in the car yesterday outside one of your stores. She was stuck in the car for 30 minutes in this heat wave. Finally the fire department were able to get her out. All the people in the strip plaza saw the rescue, including the store employees. Once my baby was out and we established she was ok, and given water, my first impulse was to get her some ice cream. A treat to help her cool down. This is our neighborhood store and we visit it often. While ordering, I politely asked if we could stay in the store for a few minutes, as my kiddo was too traumatized to return to the car, and it was blistering hot outside. I explained that she was the kid that was just rescued.Their response was a emotionless resounding NO. As I had just been through the single most terrifying experience of my life, I was deeply upset by their response. I understand social distancing rules, but letting a traumatized kid stay in an empty store for a few minutes was not a risk IMHO. We were masked! To make matters worse they chose to argue, when I pleaded. I am sad to report, they have lost a loyal customer.

Good value.Friendly service
