I was there last night with my friends for a night out and to say the least everything was amazing. First of all I need to point out how tasty the wings are. Compliments to the chef back there! made to perfection. The staff and service is wonderful, especially Kiana. She is incredibly friendly and she makes sure to check up on your table frequently just like all other servers. Additionally, the restaurant is very clean including the bathroom . However, the bathrooms need a bit of an upgrade. Overall my experience was amazing and I would definitely go to this location again.
Let me first start by saying that every staff member my girlfriend and I interacted with was polite, helpful and warm and welcoming. That's about where the good experience ended.The horrid experience started when I went to the men's room (which looked like a hurricane had ripped through it) and found toilet paper everywhere. To my horror and shock, one stall was missing its door entirely (It was leaned up against a door that ironically said "maintenance only") and the second stall, not only did the door not lock shut, but there was NO TOILET SEAT. It was completely missing and looked like someone that was drunk went in there and ripped it right off. How the hell do you run an establishment like that?! If I wasn't so hungry, I would've walked out right then and there. Absolutely disgusting.The wait staff were friendly, but seemed disinterested. When we finished our appetizer, instead of clearing the dish/basket before bringing out our entrees, it was just left on the table. I figured that it would be removed shortly - it wasn't. The food was good but nothing outstanding. Our wait staff tended to us once (I believe she was the girl tending bar and she was friendly and helpful) but other than that, nothing outstanding in terms of a service experience. As someone who works in a customer service oriented business, I know that your #1 goal is to make sure your patrons/clients are left happy and left feeling valued. Personally, I felt like I was an inconvenience to their do nothing evening. I've visited this AllStar location multiple times, and have left feeling the same way. Let me make this clear though, this does NOT in any way and SHOULD NOT in any way, fall on the staff. Either the owners don't care, or management doesn't care, and it's most definitely a trickle down effect. I will not be returning to this AllStar location. My business will go to the one on Rutherford Road and Jane. Where the atmosphere is lively, it's busy, and the staff make you feel valuable and important.
If I could give 0 stars I would!!! We were so excited to try this place for the first time well vacationing here. It started with waiting 5 minutes to be seated well multiple employees walked past and didn’t even acknowledge us. Once we were seated no one took our drink order, after waiting 25 minutes a waiter came and asked for our order. The first 3 items we ordered were not available as they had no burgers or sandwiches available except for a thunder chicken burger. My dad ordered that, the fries from the kids meal were horrible, they were soggy and old. Everyone else’s food arrived except the chicken burger, after 10 minutes we asked about it and the waiter said “I wasn’t sure if he actually wanted it so I didn’t order it for you”. We told them to completely cancel his order as the rest of us were half done our dinner and they hadn’t started his, after that altercation all the waitresses avoided our table. When we asked for the bill they would not even discount my parents order which consisted of a side garden salad and a pop totalling in $7. My mom asked they take the receipt back and talk to the manager, the manager refused to come out to talk to us and charged us full price for everything, upon leaving the original waitress came up and blamed us again for his meal not showing up. Horrible experience and will never go back, was so disappointed! No customer service.
Went for dinner tonight at Richmond hill location and it was absolutely terrible. We waited 45 minutes to even be served drinks. Then finally we were able to order our appetizers, then they came and we still had to ask for cutlery and plates (as this should be given with food regardless). The customer service was absolutely terrible especially by the blonde manager! Extremely disrespectful towards us, there was an issue with our food and the manager on duty basically forced us to eat our food saying there was nothing wrong with it when it was actually terrible. She refused to take our food back until we started raising our voices and getting extremely angry!!! We tried to order multiple things on the menu however they were either sold out or the food would have taken to long since they were “under staffed”. We tried to add pepper to our salad and they said we don’t have any yet there’s mixed pepper in another salad. We also ordered a coke and received a Diet Coke. They gave me the smallest drop of dressing for my salad and then when we asked for more they said it would be an additional charge but they didn’t even give enough dressing for the whole salad. The restaurant itself was so dirty! The tables were sticky and gross. This was a horrible experience!! It was my first time at this location and definitely the last.
Service was sub-par. As someone who has been in the service industry and now owns multiple establishments, I was very disappointed in the service I received on May 21, 2022. I usually do not dine in Richmond Hill for a variety of reasons, but I decided to stay local for the long weekend.First of all, the young lady who first seated us was less than hospitable and she had a bit of an attitude that she should have checked at the door.Our hostess was nice but after waiting 25 minutes, we had to wave her over to even place an order( I would have left but my boyfriend said let us give it one more try). OK, food comes out and it was decent but my food had been sitting for at least five minutes because it was not hot at all. Let's not forget that your menu has many things but we cannot order a burger cause it takes too long to make? Come on now that is nonsense! If you don't want to make it, take it off the menu or specify that you don't make it after 8 pm (ridiculous). I understand that it is Saturday but there is no reason for service like that. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE on that shift could use a lesson in delegating. I wish this restaurant nothing but the best but I would rather eat bread with the birds than come back here.
It's been 40 minutes since I ordered my food and the wings didn't come yet. I see other tables experiencing the same thing. Maybe it's a bad night today. Could work on their service a bit more. Their waiters don't really check up on you. We got sat down and never was asked if they wanted to take our order. Seems like I had to fight for it tbh. I am pretty hungry.If you want your wings fast. Idk if you should get it here. Otherwise you should probably order your wings on like ubereats.
Take out dinner last Wednesday. Service was good. Order ready when promised. The mozzarella sticks were not cooked properly. The cheese was still cold so we popped it into the oven at home. Much more enjoyable after that.Got 3lbs of wings with 2 flavours. My ranch is on fire has mild-medium heat. The Chipotle is mild heat. The ranch flavour is better than the chipotle.Potato skins are salty. I am personally not a fan but the kids liked them.
Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Richmond hill. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Richmond hill. Highly recommend!
Food was fine. Service was fine as well. The only issue is the server served a wrong dish to our table and some people in the group started eating it without knowing it's not our food. We realized this is not our order but decided to pay for it since we already started eating. Server came in the middle of our meal and picked up that plate and said this is not yours.
We love coming here! The wings are fantastic the nachos with chicken are delicious and they are plentiful. Every time we’ve been here our servers are very prompt and courteous always asking us if we need anything else. Management, Sam and Mary are very warm and welcoming! We highly recommend the Long Island ice teas and the Martinis are excellent. Also, highly recommend the Pina Coladas. All in all excellent an customer experience.
