5 stars for the food, 4 for customer service and 2 for Customer experience. The food was mostly good but potion is small and expensive. The worst thing was when I call to reserve a table for teppanyaki, she offers to give me a roll but didn't mention there is a 20% service charge. I didn't want to argue as I plan to give 15% anyway. However, she did say a word about it. I won't go back again.
Went there with husband and 2 girls. Overall great experience. Good service and delicious food. We watched how chef cooked with flames in front of us though the chef didn't socialize with us too much. We were expecting him to explain each dish he was laying in front of us.but no lol.
Our family celebrated a birthday at Akasaka Teppanyaki last night and it was a fabulous evening. It was made so special by Jennifer, Loretta and Patrick and It was so much fun! The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Can't wait till we can celebrate another milestone at this wonderful Japanese restaurant.
Fantastic experience! We had a private show for 2! There are several tables and if it’s not busy they seat each party at their own table. Covid practice for social distance followed. Amazing service, staff and chef! I called to reserve and had no trouble changing my reservation to another day the same day as my original reservation. Even though I canceled on the same day they were able to give me a new reservation the following day. (I did call very early in the day hours before my original time slot)
We ordered Chirashi Don and Tempura Don for lunch. Delicious food, good service with reasonable price. Would definitely return.

Teppanyaki - great selection. Very high quality food and fantastic chefs who put on a real show. Not the cheapest but worth the money.
Another delightful dinner with friends here. Fresh ingredients are always the best, and they made it so delicious! Their black sesame ice cream is very rich, very tasty too.
This is our first dine out after lock down. We had such a great night with amazing food and service. Worth every penny spent here! Thank you for the extra ice cream for my kids!
This sushi place has always been my favourite, The Rack of Lamb is excellent 2 large chops. The black dragon sushi roll and the scallop spicy roll are also very tasty.The service was excellent, A Yonge man named Patrick was new to the restaurant his people skills are excellent and did a great job.Mark ?✅
