Excellent service and fresh, delicious food. Staff is so friendly and service is fast. Went with my two young kids who were greeted so nicely and they really enjoyed the soup and Maki rolls! Definitely recommend!
After I tried this place once it became one of my top choice for sushi. They use fresh ingredients and variety types that I enjoy it. I haven't tried dining in but service is good so far.
Akane was my go to spot when they were on hwy 7 and I was devastated when they closed. When I saw they opened up on Carville Road I had tears of joy and made my way back the moment they opened.Their customer service is impeccable and their fish quality is through the roof.The best sushi in Richmond Hill for sure.(I found out they also have a location near CenterPoint Mall, so if you're in that area, but need your Akane fix, there's an option for you on that side of town as well!)
Love to see this restaurant reopen in this location again. I visited on Sunday and didn't see the Owner. The manual are more less like before except price up.We order the Love Boat B, Shrimp Tempura and a Sunday Roll, but I found the Sunday Roll and the Tempura is not as good as before, although it is still not bad.Is it due to the Owner not working today ?
I ate here with my family last Friday (7 people). Thank you for the service you provided us. I appreciate you guys giving us appetizers for the long wait time. We ordered 80 pcs, and it’s understandable that it would take longer and there are orders before us (and more take out orders). The long wait is fine :) I’m blown away how good the sashimi are. I found my sashimi place! ❤️
Great experience! I walked in to order some take out on my way home and they included some additional items on the house! The sushi was really good, and so were the sides, I'll definitely be back soon!
This place is a hidden gem! Great vibe and atmosphere when dining in. Had take out a few times as well and the quality has been consistent.The portions are big but they’re not compromising quality and everything is very fairly priced.
I’ve ordered 4 times and it’s consistent quality! They’ve also been kind enough to throw in a complement side each time:) great quality and always placed nicely. We’ve ordered different things each time and have enjoyed all our orders.

First time she almost made us pay for an order which wasn’t ours. That’s okay things get mixed up. Second time she overcharged.Third time she gave us missing items. Fourth time and I was fed up she gave us wrong items instead of the missing items. I have never had this type of appalling mistakes all in one time. I give the place zero stars. The food was just okay not to mention
