Excellent service at 1 in the morning. Food was fresh, well prepared and served in a timely manor.
Very slow service and got my order wrong, even when I was the only one there. Also since when did a mama burger and onion rings combo cost over $13?
Horrible service. This is not fast food. You better have a good 20 minutes to waste. Took the drive through 11 min to take an order. This is what bad management and service looks like. They get 0 for both but unfortunately Google is missing that rating.
I love A&W breakfast. They often have coupons and the staff here are very friendly. The bacon and egg breakfast sandwich was so delicious and the classic breakfast can never go wrong! Don’t forget to try their hash brown! Highly recommended.
Food is great as usual however is not consistent with its advertised opening drive-thru times. It indicates 24hrs drive through but when I went at about 12:30am, the worker at the time (June 27) said they were not taking any orders without providing any additional reasoning. Be advised for anyone who may be looking to order from here after their regular in-store hours and save your gas !
Absolutely atrocious customer service, or lack thereof. Two seperate occassions I have gone through the drive thru in the morning to get breakfast, and both times they weren't serving anything. No sign, no blockade, you just get to the speaker and wait to be told.You're better off going to the next plaza over to the McDonald's to get breakfast.
Clean location. The two staff were lovely. The young man even delayed going on his break to brew me a coffee to go with my meal, and brought it over to me at the table.By this point the place got busy and he missed his chance for break, but never stopped being courteous to the new customers. A credit to himself and A&W.
Given A&W every chance I could before I decided to write this review. I would not support and give business to them anymore because of how this company deals with issues/problems customers encounter.I have been going to this location for a while and the experience has been good, but this one time I tried using a coupon from their app on the phone, and as you know you had to tap it in front of the cashier since it does have a timer before it expires. Anyways, the coupon code for some reason did not work but I was not told and was charge another amount and only found out after I was asked to pay the amount. I asked the staff why is this the amount and they said they can't put it through and gave me another discount which was less than the discount I was suppose to get. This is all fine and I paid anyways and drive off with the food.Afterwards I contact A&W via their official website voicing the concern/feedback/complaint w/e you want to call it. So no reply after several attempts. I proceeded to message A&W Canada on facebook messenger and received a reply saying I would be contacted. Several weeks later, I was contacted by Emily (Manager AW) and was asked to provide details of the visit and proof of receipt. I submitted what was asked and never heard back. This was dating back to Dec 27, 2021 when I was initially contacted by Emily via email. I responded back with the information requested on Jan 3, 2022. Since then til this date March 24, 2022. I have not received any reply whatsoever. On two other occasions, Jan 30, 2022 and March 15, 2022, I replied back to the email conversation and asked for a follow up and sadly, radio silence.Overall, a bad experience.
The taste and quality of A&W are guaranteed. All employees working on Saturday at Richmond Hill are kind and witty.
Each time i go to this location i have to wait long time. But today Wednesday Jan 18, 2022 i went there at 5:00 p.m . The girl was very angry and was shouting on another staff. Then i asked how long for my order i should wait. She yelled at me and said you have to wait(after 10 minutes that i was there).I do not understand this behavior in such a country. She must know that she does not have the right to be like this.I never go to this location again.
