Good price not a good quality. The food wasn’t overall tasty. But, the staff were nice and the service was fast. Both times that I’ve got, the burger was dry and barely had any taste. Ordered food for pickup on the app to save time. I get there and they assumed that I was eating in. Asked for the food to go and then they tell me they don't have any bags.Also weird that the app doesn't show all the breakfast items. It only shows the classic breakfast but not the All Canadian special.I won't be coming here again. A bit of a hassle and not being able to get what I want.
Came in at around 12pm to order a breakfast sandwich today. There was nobody in front of me or behind me in line. Ordered 1 breakfast sandwich so I could grab a quick bite to eat while on my break. Was waiting for 10 minutes and I asked if it‘s almost ready the cashier said yes. After waiting another 3 minutes I asked for a refund as I had to get back. The cashier said he’d have to wait for a manager to get me a refund. After 15 minutes the manager shows up and was very rude to me. Didn’t even say sorry or apologize for the long wait or offer any sort of compensation. Very disappointed I wasted my whole break and didn’t get any food. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat at the mall!
Food quality was awful. Ordered food at 11 am, when they switched to lunch. Thought my food would be fresh. I was wrong! Onion rings were cold and dried-out. Root beer was warm. Have tried this location several times and it is never a good experience. Avoid!!!!
Only one person each at the front and back, took ages to order and get food, very unhygienic and overall a bad experience. I don't blame the people working there either, just greedy and horrible management.

Burger was dry and very light weight. I asked to remove onions and the burger was left with nothing but 2 small slices of pickles. Disappointing...
A&W's menu, to me, conveys a very family-oriented atmosphere, e.g. mama burger, papa burger, etc. Though different from Harvey's, A&W's burgers taste good too, particularly their rings but pricey.
Yesterday close to closing time, I was impressed by the kindness of the server and I did not felt rushed as placed my order. I also appreciate the menu suggestions and the fast service. Wished all places give such great customer service. My orders were made really well. Thanks!
