Slow service ..slow..as a working professional serving the area you should have the food ready at least within 5 mins of pick up time..not when I walk in tell me that you haven't even started the order and it will be another 20 mins..this is disgusting service for not even being busy..2 customers only...hopefully maybe you will speed up your service ?

More often than not, there is a problem with the orders. I'm going to be rich if i get a dollar for every time something is missing from my food. Yesterday I had to sacrifice my dinner for my daughter, whose fries you conveniently forgot to package for her birthday dinner. I would have made you refund my whole dinner and ate mcdonalds to have a more satisfying meal had that not been the case. Rest assured with this kind of service, it will never be my personal choice to order from your location.
