In for a quick drive through lunch, took two more tries going inside to get my sandwich right (asked for tomato only) then get back into my car n find my backed potato had not been washed. Dirty enough it had small chunks of soil on it. Not up to another trip inside, tossed it in the garbage.

Staff was not attentive and having too much fun interacting with each other. Very loud and inappropriate language. This does not. I include the one male working. He seemed to be doing his job. Slow service! Kingston road pickering location. Staff telling each other to shut up and again very loud.

Had a really bad experience with this location today after coming home to realize our burger was missing. We ordered chicken strips combo , poutine , chicken wrap and spicy chicken sandwich burger. The wrap wasn't put together properly and everything in the bag was upside down. It was very disappointing to receive such service from reputable fast food chain. I will think twice before pulling into this Wendy's in the future.

The staff here are always so wonderful and kind! I'm always happy to go here as I know I will get exceptional service :) I've gotten free items here when they have stuff that has been leftover . 10/10 recommend!

Oh dear, you guys blew it. I was very excited to hear that you had a new breakfast and this is something I would use twice a week. My experience went like this: the store look closed. I wandered around to find a column that was supposed to have information in it and the poster fallen to the bottom of the column indicated you should be open at 6:30 in the morning. Fortunately a driver pulled up so I knew you were open. I made my order. Spoke to the young lady and she seemed so disinterested. As far as the food the bacon egg was excellent. The potatoes were excellent. The coffee tasted like milk. I actually had family members try just to make sure I was accurate. Long and short I don’t think I’m returning for your breakfast. Strategically, as I said earlier, you guys Blew it. Good product, poor execution.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE at this location today.- Employees were engaging in horseplay in front of all the customers, e.g. smacking another employee's face with a paper bag, swearing at each other, etc.- Manager was there and didn't seem to care.- One employee who had her mask rolled down to her chin was very unprofessional.- They were out of the vanilla Frosty.- Ordered a Baconator but got a Dave's Double instead, which is $0.90 lower in value.- Ordered a kids meal but they forgot the toy. Had to ask for it.- Took 10 minutes to get my order ready.SEVEN separate instances of poor service in ONE visit. Seriously?As the other reviewer today said, "Maybe stick to your job when serving customers instead of yapping with your co-workers."

I usually enjoy this Wendy's location, but not today. It's my go to when I am babysitting my 5 year old grandson and he wants food. Today we ordered the usual cheeseburger kid's meal. When we got home - no toy. How am I supposed to explain to a very upset 5 year old that someone was not paying attention? I get that Wendy's employees likely make minimum wage. But seriously. It's not that hard. Maybe stick to your job when serving customers instead of yapping with your co-workers.

Unfortunately when I made my most recent visit, I let the staff know at both Wendy's and Tim's (it's a shared location) that the Ladies' washroom needed immediate attention.Both teams said the other was responsible for the washrooms.That's not right.

Today, I visited this location to get a wrap and I was having a really bad day. Tanya gave me my food at the window. This woman is such a breath of fresh air she made me smile and she made my day! Amazing staff and service was super fast too. Keep up the positive attitude and great customer service Tanya! Wendys is lucky to have you! ❤️?

First off this is the worst experience I have in this Wendy’s. The staff including the manager, never even bother to ask for my order even though they already saw our family in front of the counter. Coming at around 8:30 pm they should have taken our order no problem but instead they chose to decline it along with other customers. We were concerned since it is not Covid hours anymore which is stated on their hours of operation. Orders should not be declined.
