Ok'ish food. Hit or Miss taste. Leather Menu is not accurate, use the paper book menu.Chili Chicken was good & tasted nice with fresh Naan.Seekh Kabab were ok.Nihrai is nothing more than a plain curry. And Biryani, unfortunately, is tasteless.They serve plenty of sauce & raita with dine-in, which is great. Washrooms are clean.
We had catering done for 100 people. The order pick up time was 6:45pm, from 7:30 on we were repeatedly told it'll take 5 minutes more. Finally, at 8pm the 6:45pm order was ready. We were expecting to serve dinner for the 100 people by 7:15, instead we served dinner at 8:15 when the hall was rented until 9:30pm. The owner or the staff were not responsive and didn't take accountability to try and resolve the issue or try to optimize and speed up the process. No call to apologize or

I found the experience both with the service and the food very satisfying. The kind staff was very patient and informative with all explanations of the food and dishes...since it was only my first time dining there. The take out section was also very fast and the meals were very generous servings. The nice touch was when the owner took time to come out from the back to greet and meet us as a first time customer.We look forward to our next experience. Great food, good prices, satisfying service! I recommend to anyone who likes this cuisine.
Update from April 2022 i brought the family combo for 4 .. with inflation price has been up from(late 2021 ) Used to be $33 to now $49 non-inclusive of taxes and also of the Friday special deals they have .Food has been really good these days.. I usually purchase once or twice a month ..Appetizer is top notch ..tandoori or the kebabs.. I prefer tandoori these daysthe usual butter chk curry and nihari curry which they offer to give us .. thank u guys !!Briyani comes with up it ...its fill to the brink ... and it usually takes 6 to 8 ppl to finish them ...I have left over for 2 days ...Side we have 4 nan...freshly made ..Fridays special family combo does not come with drink which is fine with us ..All in all ...awesome place to take the family..I see they dine in open now too
Excellent Service! The server was very friendly, patient and helpful! Last week Saturday, April 2nd, 4 of us were there for lunch. We had no idea what to order. The server was very helpful and patience throughout the order/decision process. Food was excellent, and we enjoyed it and had a great time! Menu price - very reasonable!!! We are definitely coming back and will recommend to all our friends, family, colleagues and neighbors. The male server service was excellent, above and beyond!!!
We had ordered over the phone, was told an hour for pick up. When we got there after an hour, we had to wait another 30 mins. We felt very discriminated as they were quick to serve people who spoke their language. Food is below average… Advice to all DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE DISCRIMINATED
This restaurant by far has the best Pakistani/Indian food that I have ever had! They have the perfect balance between bland and spicy! Their BBQ is iconic and the BBQ is simply phenomenal! The service that Usmania Grill provides excels excellence! I recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for great taste and high level service!
Food and service was hands down 10/10. Wasn’t expecting much. Was on our way to Karahi boys but due to power outage they were closed. Our friends suggested to try Usmania and it was totally worth it. Karahi and BBQ platter was supper yummy. The only missing star is for them to improve a bit on ambiance. Some nice lighting and better sitting arrangement would make this place one of the best desi food spots in town.
I had a wonderful catering experience. Taste, quantity and quality everything was perfect. The first bite tells you that the chef is someone who has been trained professionally to cook Pakistani food.
