I ordered 5 drinks through drive thru in which 3 drinks were wrong. I ordered a L peach quencher, L iced Capp made with chocolate milk, and M regular iced Capp, which these 3 were correct, and M iced Capp with chocolate milk and L chocolate creamy chill (these two were replaced with a L and M iced Capp with whipped cream.) The person at the window seemed confused. I gave her the wrong items and asked for the right drinks and she was going to charge me again for a M iced Capp with chocolate milk on top of my already messed up order. I parked up and went in because I seen the line behind me. She showed me the receipt like I made the wrong order, LOL. I showed her the text message which had my whole order. She was confused about a chocolate creamy chill and responded with “I didn’t take your order I don’t make drinks” I’d think if you work in a store like this you’d be expected to know the menu inside out and how to make it. The person who made my drink continued to say it is a L chocolate creamy chill, i asked her 3 times if she was sure since it looked completely different than the drink we expected. She was so sure.I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star but I had to. This is my second bad trip in a row, and only went here because there was an accident on the highway. Definitely wasn’t my first choice. I suggest firing the whole unit and replacing them with workers and trainers who know what they’re doing.Horrible experience.
One of the worst Tim Hortons in the GTA. Every time I order a mobile pickup, they either forget to do it or they make it wrong. There is no sign of where to pick up the mobile order at all, employees just keep asking each other “where is the mobile order, I can’t see it in the system…” I attached the photo and it was the last time I visited the store, not a busy day, no sign for mobile pickup, and they forgot to do it… Hope the store manager can increase the efficient and bring this store to the normal Tim Hortons level.
Started my day amazing this morning till I got to this Tim Hortons …” JASPREET” Took my order through the drive-through when we got there she did notsay good morning or anythingshe had an attitude the whole timeI ordered two coffees and 10 Timbits when I got to the first window I ordered an extra 10 Timbet‘s and made an adjustment to my order and she gave me two boxes of 10 Timbet‘s each… so when I asked her to put it in one box of a 20 she just rolled her eyes…. My auntie Was sitting beside me and she likes to watch people too and we both seen her roll her eyes and we asked her if there was a problem and she’s didn’t say anything … she was silent when we called her out on it …. When she got to the window again I asked her for her name because she didn’t have a name tag on she’s like “WHY”Then she tells me how her name tag broke that’s why she doesn’t have it on but she’ll put in and she spoke super sarcastically..This is not our first incident together this is our second incident within the first two weeks this month so if the manager can reply to this comment that would be amazing
UNHYGIENIC…Uncleaned tables and even masks on tables, food bits all over the floor, the workers inside were chatting the whole time, no announcement when she got the ice caps, did not provide a tray. Tim Horton’s corporate has to take immediate action for this location, both for cleanliness and customer service training…
I don't really expect all that much from Tim hortons, but I ordered an ice coffee, and the cup is filled to the top with ice. There was very little actual coffee.Wait times are very long
So this is a newer Tim Hortons (cus stuff is still sitting in shipping wrap). Place is always dirty every time I go in tables have garbage on top and no one cleaning. BUT with all that said it’s the only Tim’s around my area that has toasted coconut donuts ?. The most bought donut in my household. Problem is out of 5 days of that week you won’t get any cus I swear they only make 4 at a time lol don’t mind the drive over if I’m lucky enough to get one but again if lucky.
I went to this Tim Hortons today, they took my order. All was fine until the food actually came. The Indian guy who was getting my stuff didn’t announce it he just dropped it on the counter and walked away. I ordered a lemonade and it is just the simple sugar. Medium should have 2-3 pumps of the lemon syrup and I know for a fact that it was one pump. I have previously worked at a tim Hortons so I kinda know how things go. The management at this location is terrible except for the general manager. Majority of their people were working the drive thru and paid no mind to the line up in store. This was the longest I have ever waited at a tim Hortons for something so simple. Oh and my bagel should have had atleast 3 strips on it. It only had 1.
This Tim's is pretty hit-and-miss overall since it opened. It seems to have gotten better now that it's more established and it looks like they've got more employees now to help out.The biggest problem is that despite it being open for a while now and having more people, I still get my orders mixed up. Things like not receiving the bun with a soup combo, or being given a Sesame Bagel when I asked for an Everything. I do feel kind of bad when I have to be very explicit with confirming my order, but it's gotta be done sometimes.
I give them 5 stars because they had powdered donuts and I loved their Maple donut too. Their service was great as well.
Very slow, doesn't even care what you order just hands you out whatever they want.. 3 incidents in a single visit. 1. Ordered large chilli gave me a small.. 2. Didn't even care to 1 bagel out of 3 ordered.. 3. Guy at the counter didn't even wait for me to chose just heard two donut names packet 3 each to make it 6 and handed over... I wish I could rate in negative....
