10 minutes, still waiting to take my order and yet there are no cars in front of me.I've been here before and they screwed up my order and coffee tasted bad.Gave them another chance but realized the good reviews must be from friends.Never again....

I’ve been to this tims a few times and not once has my order been made correctly like today i got a cheese croissant heated with butter and they gave me a cold croissant with a plastic knife and a pack of butter
Person taking mynorder in the drive through couldn't get my order of two hazelnut muffins and one large coffee two cream one sugar correct.
I do not support Tim Hortons.They are adding a lot of pollution because of their drive through
I hate this place wherever you ask for something they never have it and my dream dounut had the wrong cream in it. They don't give proper packaging. Would give zero stars if possible and will never come here again.

Received the wrong order at the drive-thru for whatever reason. Was going to go back and get it fixed but line was huge. Called later instead and spoke with manager. Took down my information and invited me back to get it all straightened out. She handled the situation very well and am pleased to continue frequenting this particular store as a result of the way I was treated.
The worst costumer service!! They are so rude and have a lot of attitude. I would recommend driving to a different location!!!
Disgusting coffee. Tasted like it was burnt - which means they don't clean their machines!If you can't make something as simple as coffee right, then you have no chance. Not coming to this location again. I'll drive to the McDonalds that's nearby for my daily coffee fix.
