We have been waiting in the drive through for over 10 minutes. Not sure you guys are up to inside . Please fix your speed of service!
Long line and slow server today. Only ordered an ice coffee, person in front only ordered one drink...this location is usually quick and efficient.
EVERY TIME I come here the Tim's rewards scanner is not working.? I have never had this problem at any other Tims. Thank goodness there is another store down the street, I will not be coming back to this location.
Just walked over as this location has always been open until 10 and they didn’t even come to door to tell us they were closed. I came with kids that were thirsty from park and they told us to go drive thru as if that was safe. Disappointed honestly
went there in the middle of the day and the front door was locked because im guessing some of the workers decided not to show up for work so "short staffed"....the drive-thru was empty so i dont understand what their so busy with that they have the front door locked ? Corporate needs to check up on this place and see whats happening here. ZERO
Zero accountability. Horrible service. 8 out of 10 times always wrong. Always making excuses about no stock of food. I work in Toronto and live on Brock. This is the only Tim's before getting on the 401. They always mess my order and I can not even drive back to correct it. They are the worst Tim Hortons in pickering. They messed up my tea. Came back to them and gave me a large upgrade without asking with the same amount and cream and sugar as a medium. I spend atleast 6 to 700 at Tim's every month. I will boycott them if I don't see a service change at Brock Tim's.
Had to drive across the GTA so I thought I would get a nice coffee to accompany me. Instead a stomach ache joined me. Only took 2 sips to give me take tummy ache as this coffee was worse then McDonald's coffee in the 90's.Wash. your. equipment.
Fast service but big pot holes on drive thru. Somehow they dont want to fix it.
This location has always been fast and efficient for me, perfect for being right near the highway ramps.
Coffee and stuff is nice enough. But management won't put out garbage cans at the drive-through and there's hundreds of coffee cups littered all around the store.
