There are few Tim Hortons around where you can be easily cheated.While you place your order the menu board does not show the amount of your order. Secondly overcharged and some time not correct change returned.This location is one of them.

Getting extremely cheap, barely any cream cheese on my bagel whereas before it would be stuffed, didnt add tomatoes even though they charged me for it

Usually satisfied with the service here.....until today. My mother who is 76 yrs old went to buy their 2 can dine breakfast special with a friend this morning, only to be told by the cashier (Indian lady) she needs to scan her phone ( my mom has the card still but has used it before with no complications) apparently this is the 2nd time that this has happened with the same cashier. I find it appalling that Tim's treats their seniors this way.

If you want to wait 15 minutes in a drive through while the server explains whatever stuff they were trying to explain to driver in front of me, then go ahead and come here. Worst experience of drive through to get a coffee. Never again coming here

Poor customer service and bad attitude when you tell them the order was wrong and they messed up.We went through drive-through this morning and ordered a BELT with bacon WELL DONE CUT IN HALF, small DD coffee and a small chocolate milk. First they charged us wrong then they didn’t cut the BELT in half. And guess what bacon was COLD not well done. My husband and I parked in the parking lot and went inside. When we explained it to the cashier, she went to the deli area and told the lady who was making the orders. She was a tall fair skinned lady. Then she yelled across the deli table saying the bacon is room temperature and they don’t have well done bacon. Wth!!! That means they didn’t even cook the bacon fresh. They had it sitting in at room temperature for how long?When I got upset and told her off who’s fault is it for not cutting the sandwich in half and not explaining that they only have room temperature bacon? Why didn’t you tell me when I was ordering? Her reaction was ROLLED HER EYES at me. Then she said She can cut it in half and only put it in the toaster. Can’t make bacon well done.Melissa was the manager here and if you are still the manager please tell your staff especially that lady to be more professional. I don’t care whether you are a dishwasher or baker or a doctor but if you don’t have proper etiquette and how to treat your customers that leaves a bad remark on others who work with you and bad reviews for this location.Thanks!

Both times I’ve been here it’s horrible customer service. They never greet you so say bye or have a nice day or anything. Ordered 10 Timbits, paid for 10 and got 8 and the coffee is not even hot, It’s warm. Don’t waste your money here

I rarely have used this drive thru or gone to this Tim Hortons location, but I was in the area in the plaza on Tuesday March 22 in the morning. I ordered ONE coffee and ONE bagel afterwards and the lady said when I finished ordering, to please order my food first so they can start making it. I was really taken back, I have NEVER had a comment like that made to me. Sometimes a person thinks of something after they order their coffee or beverage. A customer should not ever be made to feel bad about ordering in an order that the workers don’t like, especially when ordering a simple bagel with cheese and butter; not like I ordered a few complicated sandwiches, even then. Probably will think twice about going to this location.I know it’s not easy working in customer service places but management come on!!!

Been to many Tim Hortons to know the service expected for the staff. This one is certainly an exception. Staff don't know how to handle complaints. Instead of hearing the concern and correcting it, pushing back to the customer. Try to avoid this location, unless you are ok with whatever mistake they make.

Rude service, they had hot sandewiches waiting for 15 min nobody care I am satnding. After thatShe was racist and kept me and did not serve me anything I asked. She said I do not have; she did not disclose her name. They are racist . Rude, rude . They did not good at all....
