I can't say the service was bad. They actually did a good job fixing/replacing my Pixel 3XL. The reason I'm giving them a 3 star is because, I called them and got the price, dropped the phone and gave them a secondary phone number to call me. They never called to inform me that the price they gave me was wrong and I have to pay more. They changed the screen without confirming with me. I ended up paying almost double+tax for the screen.
Worst service ever, he should have never been hired clueless. Worst Tim Hortons we have ever been to. Stay away from the Toy Avenue one. One star because you have to, I would give a negative star rating.
They are closed @ 2.30am. I drive for 5 km in the night for coffee because they still mention that they are open for 24 hours. But it was closed. Really messed up with this manager. He/She has no responsibility to update it on google accordingly. If that person can’t do this then what is management then ?
A pleasant change from the typical Timmies experience - friendly staff, clean, and fast at this location. Kudos to the staff!

Very disappointed. Donut was thrown into the bag upside down causing all of the icing to come off and become glued to the bag.
Miserable looking staff at the food counter. I asked the lady what she was making and she gave me a dirty look and snarked* excuse me?*Then she got my order wrong and she probly did it on purpose.Everyone looked so miserable.
Really fast drive through! I ordered a London Fog Tea Latte and a chocolate chunk cookie, and the lady on drive through was extremely friendly and helpful. A really good location!
Asked for 10 birthday cake Beiber Balls, ended up with 10 choccy ones.I'm sure they're as good as any tim Hortons but tonight they were off their game.
This one lady at/near the drive thru window in the morning looks like her hat is so dirty or it sprouted roots and grown onto her head. Please get her a clean hat. I don't want her near my food if she touches that hat and then touches my food.
