Made aTims Delivery order and called them to tell an item was missing. They were rude and not at all helpful when I asked about refund options. Above all, they were not sorry about the mistake.

Only started coming to this location again after the one up the street closed.I can say with certainty I've never received an order that is wholly correct. Something is always missing or incorrect....which is crazy considering I order black coffee and sandwiches as-is.Drive thru takes ages, inside is even worse. I hate to complain, but I just feel like this location never delivers what you paid for.

A very convenient location - though the drive-thru can be very busy! I prefer to go in the store and do it the old-fashioned way. Great service ?

Coffee/Tea price has increased again.. over two dollars for a cup of hot water and some leaves. I’ll just leave the store thanks. Very sad to see McDonald’s selling selling a tea and muffin for 50% the price.

Can not say more negative things about this Tim Hortons. If I could give ur negative stars, I would.I live really close to this location so I have given it many many chances and have been disappointed every single time without fail. Every single thing I have ever ordered from that location has taken over 15 minutes for them to make, just to make it wrong. PLEASE if you don’t want to be angry and frustrated, avoid this tim hortons completely. Incompetent workers and slow slow awful service.

Ordered through mobile app when picking up at drive through they said they don’t have some of the items, i thought no problem, just a simple refund. But nope, they didn’t refund and said i had to go through the mobile app customer service. When reaching out to mobile customer service they said nope, it’s directly at the tim hortons location. Ridiculous. I just ended up contesting the charges on my credit card and finally got a refund after 1 month. This location is the worst, terrible customer service, and not to mention incredibly slow.

January 12th, 2022 @ 8:26pm.Bought an extra large steeped tea as I often do on a daily through the drive-thru.Once, we were home i poured half of the tea into a cup for my husband. As I was doing so, I noticed the cup has been used for hot chocolate by someone. I immediately pour it down the kitchen sink not knowing the circumstances and given we are in high numbers with covid-19.Very disappointed. I will no longer be going back to this location.

Tried the new cinnamon caramel oat drink and it tasted like ranch sauce but not the good kind. Very disappointed I spent like 6 dollars are two of those.

Although the drive thru line is always long, it goes very fast and the staff is very kind.
