Wether you go in or go thru the drive thru they still can’t get your order right. They charge you for something then they don’t add it to your order.

Staff are always friendly and helpful here. I've never had a bad experience

Worst location. Just got back from there and was so disgusted. I stopped going because of all the bad experiences I've had at this location in the past (over a year ago)but I was in a hurry as I was having family over. Line was busy and drive through was insane. I get that so it didn't bother me but when you get my orders wrong, that bothers me. Ordered donuts but told the girl I wanted to pick out which ones. Ordered a combo with a breakfast sandwich with both bacon and sausage and drinks. Paid and was told to wait a moment. Fine. Another lady shows up with a boxed dozen donuts. I looked at her and said that wasn't mine since I asked to pick them out myself. She said ok and which ones did I want. She started taking out the ones she picked out as I told her the ones I wanted( yes I am picky but I am paying, so not sorry). Turns out I should have checked the box because she added ones I didn't ask for... Anyway I also checked the breakfast sandwich and it was wrong as well. I know it's busy but it's always busy so no excuse, they need to be more careful. The guy who ordered after us got the wrong coffee as well. The thing that disgusted me the most is that I when I requested a bag so I could carry the items out, the lady handed me what looked like a used dirty bag. SO GROSS. Could've been a garbage bag! I left it there, picked up my stuff and left. I will NEVER return there. I have so much better experiences at other locations where yes they are busy, but they take a moment to make sure all is well. Such a shame.

I just went through drive thru 5 minutes ago, bad service.Employees are talking about vacation, not focusing on customers at all. I was waiting for the total amount, they are talking about butter fly garden she went on the weekend.

The quality of coffee is very poor, taste like water with cream. I always enjoyed but not anymore. Waste of money

No napkin in the bag.We ordered 2 breakfast combo and had 0 napkin in the bag not sure how this location employees eating sandwiches and hashbrowns without cleaning hands and mouth ?

Got my order partially wrong but at least they took the time to actually spread the butter onto the bagel instead of throwing a fat blob onto just one part like the Tim Hortons on Liverpool and bayly

Very busy Tim Hortons and always there is big lineup but good thing is employees do their best to keep up the flowI really appreciate Yalem for her hard work and patience and I wish the best for her and all the team

The staff here is nice but my experience was less than perfect. I have two major issues:1. Somehow my mobile pickup order was completely missed and not noticed until I was standing inside the restaurant waiting. It wasn't really busy at the time so it was simply a matter of someone dropping the ball2. After they noticed my order I had my new buffalo chicken wrap in my hands in less than a minute. After a couple of bites I felt some of the chicken has a very weird texture and it was very unevenly warm/hot/coldI simply cannot give this place more than an average rating after those two things.

Lines r out of control. Slow service.Girl at the window today around 1pm was so rude. NO customer service at all. Didn't say 1 word no hi no thanks nothing only a Rude expression n basically just threw me my food n shut the window. Also bagel was completely covered in cream cheese all over the outside. Gross. Not worth waiting in a long line for zero customer service and food made wrong. Its funny ppl taking customer service jobs but dnt wanna interact with customers. Rather go somewhere else.
