I was looking for a Halal Food place in Pickering and happened to stumble upon this gem. The workers are great and the food was amazing. The tandoori chicken was very tasty! Very nicely priced as well. Restaurant ambiance was 5/5
Customer service here was amazing. The gentleman working in the front was very helpful and welcoming. The only thing I recommend when it comes down to your garlic sauce, looking to making an in-house garlic sauce instead of something that comes in a huge batch.Food portions are reasonable, especially the platter for two which my friend ordered.Thank you for the awesome service!.
Best place to get food! Quality and quantity is amazing. Totally recommend. Try their lentil soup! Customer service is great. Keep it up.
Tried the kabab shoppe for takeout dinner over the weekend. We ordered the platter #3, kabuli pulao and a tandoori chicken poutine. The portion sizes were very generous and there was a ton left over. The kababs were delishious. The lamb shank in the kabuli pulao was decent be not fall off the bone like we have had in other places. There was complimentary salad with the white and red sauce which was also good. The food was definitely fresh.
I have been a customer with this restaurant for very long time, and I used to enjoy the excellent food and service. Few weeks ago, they changed the type of rice they are using in their meals from the tasty long-grain rice to just ordinary white rice. Since everything they make comes with rice, the change made almost all their food not as good as it used to be.I really hope that they change back to the excellent long-grain rice that they used to make before, and I will be happy to change this review to five-star review.
This is a very nice spot in Pickering. We got the platter and split it between four people and two kids. There was so much rice and naan left. The meat is very tasty and the interior decoration looks good. The price is actually very affordable and the staff were accommodating. I recommend this place.
This place was absolutely incredible! the service was on point the taste was amazing. We got the Mini grill, Lentil soup, cheese naan, fries and salad on the side with grilled tandoori and Sheesh tawook chicken and 2 grilled beef kababs! Every single thing was delicious and fresh! I'm coming back with my family very very soon!
Food was amazing! So much flavour and the serving size was great for the price. The lady working the front was very pleasant. Didn’t dine in but the room looked really nice and very clean.
Over priced unflavored and unseasoned rice, dry chicken and beef kebab. The veal kebab is tough to chew and no flavor. This must be a franchise because the food quality is absolutely terrible stick to your traditional Maiamana restaurant. For the record I spend $31.61 to feed the coyotes.
Express chicken breast and rice. Rice or fries or rice and fries topped with mild chicken breast and sauces. Tasty with good quality chicken. Don't get the Naan bread though, not fresh bread.Buy 1 and get 1 1/2 price Tasty.Rating 4 star
