I dined in for the first time at this location, and was served by Alexandra who was so welcoming and helpful. I wasn’t sure what to get and she was so patient and gave some recommendations. I ended up getting the green curry which was delicious. I would definitely like to go back just based on this interaction alone!
A must try— the green mango salad! That didn’t even last long we were able to finish it fast. It was so good fresh and amazing! Their signature pad thai is amazing too! The shrimp is perfectly cooked!
Terrible service. Called in my order. Was told 20 minutes, so I arrived in 20 minutes. I was told 5 more minutes, but in fact I had to wait another 35. Was not offered any water while waiting or discount even tho I complained. And when I asked why it’s taking so long the girl smirked at me and said “it was another girl” who took my order not her.. and she didn’t answer my question. There was no other girl. It was her. So Finally I saw a back staff bring food out for a customer who was dining in (who arrived and ordered after I arrived for my pick up order) so I asked him why it was taking an hour.. 10 minutes later I got my order. The pad Thai and mango salad… not great… spring rolls were decent and mango chicken was delicious. But mango chicken isn’t worth an hour wait in my opinion.
I really enjoyed their fried rice and their chicken noodles. I ordered delivery and their service was very good. They also had a nice chili oil that went well with the rest of the food. The spice level was to my liking, and the food was seasoned well. Everyone who ate had good things to say, will definitely come again!
The place has really gone downhill. The rice was hard and barely any flavor in the dish that typically does have lots of flavor. Not only did I get chicken when I ordered veg pad Thai, but the dish seemed as if it were cooked and refried a few times. Left the noodles somewhat soggy and they were all cut up short and stuck together weird. Red onion in the green mango salad was off. Spent over $50 on a meal for myself, figuring I could at least eat leftover for a couple days. That's not happening. In the garbage now.
Hands down one of my favourite Thai restaurant in Pickering. The seafood fried and pineapple fried rice are my go to favourite. Do try some of their curries as well - especially the Malay curry. It’s always hits the spot.
They should be ashamed calling their dish Thai.I ordered Beef spicy noodle, shrimp spring rolls, beef salad, and coconut sticky rice.First of all, they look nothing like the picture on their website.Second of all, I only found 2 piece of sad looking basil leaf in my beef spicy noodle, and that was all the visible Thai herb in my entire course of meal.[The shrimp spring roll]Terrible design. I don't know who thought about it, like it's forcing you to share with someone with two shrimp tails sticking out? Am I supposed to eat with my husband and we meet at the center or something? So hard to eat and visually nothing pleasing, also 10$ for two spring rolls, absolutely rip off.[Spicy beef noodle]This was more like flat beef noodle you get at Chinese restaurant, except beef was way harder and noodle all chopped short and sticking together.Flavor was OK, edible if you didn't tell me this was Thai dish.[Thai beef salad]I had this salad in Eat BKK Thai restaurant and loved it.The rare beef steak beef with coriander, basil, lime juice created flavorful and zesty taste pallet. This place, beef was rock hard, there was a chunk of salad leaf (like they didn't even bother to break apart), with no herbs on sight.[coconut sticky rice]I don't know how can any restaurant mess this dish.The portion was massive, which would have been a good thing however, the sticky rice was hard, which was covered with cashews that got completely soggy due to moisture.I do know sticky rice gets hard as it gets cold, but this hardness isn't from temperature. It was more like bubble tea store selling you the left over tapioca.Now, apparently this franchise isn't bad, according to my husband, the Scarborough location was really good and he used to go.I hope some quality control gets into this store soon.
We just tried to order online and they took our money and haven’t delivered it’s been over and hour and they aren’t answering the phone.

I am not going to deny food is delicious but, the place is too small only 4 tables and u fortunately they get a lot of skip the dishes, uber eats.. etc, so u find ur self in an extremely crowded place and people just waiting for pickup inside, due to many people cooking in and out, the door was not properly foxed and kept making noise and was so irritating that although i was going to have my dessert there but i changed my mind and went some where else
