The location is great and management is awesome.One winter day I visited to pickup Chicken Biryani but upon entering the restaurant found that I forgot my wallet at home.Asked manager if he give me one meal for my kid so his wish for Saturday comes trues.He said don't worry you take full order and pay when you can.So nice of him and we enjoyed meal with family that day.THANK YOU SILVER SPOON PICKERING.I paid them 3 days after.
Ordered 25 Naans and extremely disappointed with what we received. First of all we ordered for 6 pm, when we reached to pick up the order it wasn't prepared. They started the Naans after we reached there, we had to wait for almost an hour. Secondly when I opened the Naans at home, I was surprised to see that 4 Naans were literally burnt... How can you do that?Extremely disappointed. My first and last time
Excellent food quality and very prompt customer service. I often go there on Wednesday evenings and find the ladies serving there very warm and welcoming. I especially like finger fish, lollipop chicken and samosas. The veal biriyani is out of the world, never to be found any where else. I definitely recommend people to go and taste the food there. I will keep going as I am doing now! Kudos Silver Spoon!
I went there last week to order some Indian food. The male who served us was not extremely helpful nor friendly. When I rounded the corner, he was speaking to a female and was pointing at myself and my mother, laughing and speaking in a different language. How unprofessional! I definitely knew the conversation was about us. There are definitely other Indian restaurants I would patronize other than this location. I am not giving my hard-earned money to an establishment that is not respectful to their clientele.The food was plentiful and decent, but the customer service was a D-. Will not recommend.
Every time I walk in here it feels like a sauna! There is poor air circulation in there as it is very humid, I can only imagine what that does to the quality of the food that is there. Also, they don't give you enough food for the price that you pay. If I want Desi food, there are other options out there.
What a pathetic and horrible experience....today they gave me Friday's special chicken bihari kabob, and this is really rotten. After having that myself and my 11 yrs son got so bad stomach pain and feel vomiting. I should complain and sue them for selling such crappie food
Not good experience second time at Pickering location. Burnt chicken kabab. Also food does not look fresh. I bought this at the noon time. Quality of food is not that great at Pickering location. Chicken Biryani also was not fresh. I asked for less spicy but they gave me their pre packed box with lots of spices.
Halal indian Pakistani take out restaurant with daily specials. The prices could be better. Overall a good neighborhood restaurant with halal menu.
Mostly come about the time they close but still get fresh and warm biryani.The customer service by the lady is exceptional, always patient and helpful.
Silver Spoon Pickering is always consistent. Authentic flavors and great taste.
